UPDATE: Owner contacted me within 24 hours. Too late to have the flowers taken off, the wedding was over, but it was clear this was an all around snafu that has been dealt with. They are supposed to always show the cake, would have redecorated it if I'd seen it, and the person on staff at the time did not give us directions to leave it out long enough to soften the icing so it wouldn't fall apart when we tried to cut it. Bloom recently did a birthday cake for me and in my opinion it had a firmness consistent with having previously been frozen. As I was serving it the cake was falling out of the icing in chunks (there was a lot of icing). The cake just didn't have that moist cake texture you hope to have.
They have the best spinach feta pie I've ever tasted. You can taste the quality in the ingredients. There's definitely plenty of butter. The employee working the front was very friendly and spent some time helping us. We'll be back.
