Had a great dinner at Blu Hwy with my daughter. There are plenty of vegetarian options. Shishito peppers app was so good, as was the corn chowder. They even comped our dessert for my birthday. Our waiter was the best!
My first visit to Blu Hwy, but I'll definitely be back. Our server was great, attentive but not pushy. The menu had many brunch choices that all sounded tasty. I ended up with the biscuits and gravy with breakfast potatoes. Good choice! Soft and slightly sweet biscuits, flavorful gravy with sausage that was more like kielbasa than pork sausage, and the potatoes had peppers and onions cooked in.
