We have been going to this place since it opened. Ethiopian food in general was excellent, and this place has a pretty good job with representing the cuisine. Perhaps it was better 20 years ago… Now, the menu is small, so one does not really get an idea of the breadth of this fascinating cuisine. But all in all, a solid restaurant. And we keep going back.
Love Blue Nile! Essentially half their menu is vegan and has clearly labeled options. It’s meant to order several things and eat community style with your table. Such wonderful spices and flavors. Quick, friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. Great location in the heart of the river market.
Many labeled vegan options, including appetizers and entrees. Great tea as well. I tried the soup, samosas and a combo and everything was great.
