We were in town for the NCAA wrestling tournament. We had a reservation and were seated within a half hour (which was amazing considering the sheer volume of people in this town). Our server was knowledgeable and recommended a ton of great dishes. We really enjoyed the itchy sea bass, spicy charred edemame, and the thriller roll. The sea bass and roll were so good, we actually ordered a second! Also try the China Doll cocktail!! Yum ?

Outstanding sushi, in the middle of the country. Many of the sushi rolls have chilis, which is a little different than I'm used to on the east coast. The Everything Salmon appetizer was outstanding but small, we kept ordering more of them!

This was our first time at Blue and we loved it! Our server, Brittney H, was amazing and had great recommendations, and the manager was awesome as well. We LOVED the charred edamame (?), Lion King, and Hawaiian Roll. We also ordered the Snow White and Super Asparagus which were also delicious. We will definitely be back!

Our first time and it was absolutely unbelievable!!! We had incredible service from our waitress named (Bree) BreAnn! She was fantastic!! She answered all our questions, she helped us understand the menu, made sure that certain things were gluten-free and also brought us some dessert which was our first time trying it as well!!
