Very nice staff, they truly have a friendly neighborhood vibe. What stood out was the bartender took one look at my ID and started using my name every time they talked to me. It felt nice and polite. I was thanked (by I’m assuming the owner) on my way out for stopping in. It’s the little things like this that keep small businesses in business.

If it is your first time coming here. I suggest always going to the bar and grabbing the bartender’s attention for service. I’ve been coming to this bar since the early 2000s I heard about this place from some of my bar poker friends about having poker during the day and nights. The only way you will get good service if you go up to the bar. The Food is good depending on who’s cooking. I recommend their Sliders, Nachos, Chicken Strips, Fish, Potato Skins. If you happen to be there for their lunch specials Biscuits & Gravy. Their Breakfast option is good too. The pricing of food and beverage is average. Depending who’s working some staff lack service but overall attitude has changed. Ambience depends on who’s there and drinking but overall I have met decent people and friends here.

Nisa and Connie are the BEST. I will only go to boom when they are working. They hustle their butts off and they know how to take care of business. Excellent customer service every time from these two!

My group came in saturday day and had a horrible experience with the bartender! We weren’t even acknowledged so we left.

This review is not towards the nightly staff. All the late night girls are amazing! We decided to stop in earlier than normal on 03/15 after snake Saturday festivities. Never ever again as long as Jen, the daytime bartender is working. The place wasn’t busy at all and it took her forever to even acknowledge us. She was rude and had a very condescending tone. We witnessed her tell a group of people that they needed to calm down for being loud (they definitely were not loud) Uh hello… it’s a bar!!! My advice would be to avoid this place before 5 pm or whenever it is that they do shift change unless you want to deal with someone who clearly hates her job and helping customers.

Terrible service dude who was working with the beard was rude as all get out walked in to eat with a friend went to order a drink at the bar guy yells at us says this is a resteraunt not a bar … then my friend shows him his ID after ordering a beer and he snatched his walled out of his hand rude as hell we don’t know what this guys issue is we’ve been here many times but he can kiss a few hundred dollars of Buisness a week good bye 😘

I cook here 3-4 days a week, nice group of people here. Both employees and customers. All ages get along here

I went for some entertainment...there were pool tables, darts, and cards!!!
I had some sprite, and played some games!!
The staff was friendly and helpful!
It was entertaining....and I made some new friends!
