Got stuck in Kansas City at MCI due to a blizzard and needed to find food for the family. The staff here are troopers. They were one of the very few who were open and to top it off their food is great! They were extremely busy of course but didnt skimp on quality. Wish they were around my way.

Just left there tonight... Only close restaurant open during the snowstorm and i highly understand the amount of people and orders that they were going through, but however the service between the workers was terrible. Upon walking in about 715/720 we were in a long line... which was expected. We were told that it would be an hour wait, so that was fine. A pink haired lady came up and told everyone and split the line up from those who were wanting to sit in and To Go Orders. We stood in the TGO line and for 2 HOURS NO ONE CAME BACK. I had to go and speak to the Pink haired girl... she said she would get a estimate of time from the manager. She continued to work the bar area for another 20 mins or so and then did some table bussing and talking with those that came in early. BTW did have a few line cutters that were served with no problems, but we didn't know until they admitted that they did. We waited until about 9pmish and one of the people in my party asked the pink haired girl if they were closing at 10pm and she said they would, and we asked if it was ok to order something and she said they probably wouldn't have time to get to it. I gave a bad rating due to that incident and i know everyone was busy but always make sure to come and talk with those in the long line to explain the time at least every 15 minutes so people can make other decisions if need be or better yet.... quit servicing the lobby area and only offer TGO so that way it would be easier on them and probably have more help in the kitchen rather than dealing with the public. Regardless of the situation.... bad service on that matter and not a good strategy to combat the overwhelming of customers with little to know real help.

Waited an hour and a half for our food. When it came the order was wrong and did not taste great either. The waitress was friendly but she appeared to be the only one for the whole restaurant and was overwhelmed.

What a fun place to find in a hotel. Full on brew pub with amazing beers. At least 9 Boulevard taps which include small batch barrel aged beers. The food was delicious. Service was amazing 👏. If you are at the Four Points or the hotels around here...stop in and check it out. Beer lovers unite✌️😎👍

Full Sat night crowd and 1 bartender and 1 wait staff. Simple menu but very good food (pulled pork sandwich and apple tart). Only restaurant among 8 Airport hotels.

The food was really good, honestly even if you’re not staying at the hotel it’s worth going to. It did take a while for the food to come out but it was the 4th of July so probably short staffed. Definitely would recommend trying this place out.
