Staff is NOT personable and long wait time. Not the first time this has happened.
I got steak with garlic mashed potatoes and corn as the vegetable of the day. I will definitely be going back. The two people I dined with said they will for sure be going back. The service was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They had several pool tables that I would like to take advantage of next time.

I was really wow'd at how spacious this sports bar was! Loads of things to do in game play. Pool tables are many and many were playing! Service was fairly quick, and drinks perfection a little pricey, but hey I said perfection! 20 minute drive, north,from downtown. Seems like it will be a good place to watch a Chiefs game for my next visit. Every angle in this humongous business has a screen to watch your favorite sport. The only con for me is it's hard to have a conversation without repeats or turning your volume up, but stands to reason with such a crowd it can hold.

Went to have lunch for the first time at the Brass Rail on July 16 2025. I walked into a clean and welcoming establishment with no wait to be seated. The menu has lots of options with reasonable prices. I had the smash burgers that came hot and quick. My waitress was very friendly and accommodating

Nice atmosphere. Very understaffed. Waited over an hour just to order, another 1 1/2 hours to get food. Mac n cheese looked and tasted like somebody had an accident on a plate.
