I had high hopes for a restaurant named burger kitchen. The burgers patties seemed to be just plain frozen patties nothing special the toppings were very sparse for an $18 Al a Carte burger. The sides and apps were good just very underwhelmed with the title item for this restaurant.

Started with the cheese curds and got two smash burgers. Cheese curds were a delight, absolutely recommend. Burger was good, the patties weren’t totally smashpatties but that’s alright; the flavor was wonderful. The side of Mac n cheese was expensive & tasteless. You’ll be fine without sides for how much they cost. Total with tip for two ended up being $90. Take that as you will. Server was an absolute sweetheart.

Food is always great when we go, and never had an issue with survive, but the tables are very close and when the place gets busy it is very hard to have a conversation at your own table.

Fantastic burgers, fries, shakes and fish n chips. Server was attentive, friendly and informative. We sat on the patio which was lovely with all the flowers blicking the sidewalk traffic.

Went on a concert night, fine. But 25+ minutes for a beer (wrong brand), 1 hour + for medium rare and cold burgers. 15 minutes for a check I had to hunt down and demand. Wives never got their food. We finally had to leave to make our concert. One of the top 3 worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

we came in and ate at 9 PM and they close at 10. It’s currently 10:04 as I’m writing this review And we still have the best service. this restaurant is low price but seems like their food should be very expensive. It was very delicious. My server was Rachel. Rachel was the best I’ve ever had in my life. She’s very helpful, nice, and attentive - and on a Friday night - 10 out of 10 all around thank you so much!!!

I had the Knob Hill burger. I subbed ground turkey. This burger was meh. I was very disappointed. The bread was not even toasted. Grilled onions had no carmalization; why bother. I should have gone with the fish and chips. The chocolate shake and service was good. For a burger place this is a huge appointment, go elsewhere.
