My burger was amazing.I couldn't get a picture because I ate it so fast. The truffle fries amazing! The food was hot and fresh even though they were busy.We had to sit at the bar and the bartender was nice. He charged my dead phone for me.Parking: The parking is horrible.

I was definitely disappointed. The cheese on our burgers was barely melted, no grill or char flavor, barely any sauce, bacon was chewy, and for medium both were overcooked. The aioli was abrasive in herbs and that takes alot for me, it was very unbalanced. The fries were cheap frozen Sysco fries that were undercooked and completely unseasoned. The tots were pretty good. Cocktail was barely cold, way too strong and also very unbalanced. Very boring menu and needs serious love for being a literal burger kitchen.

Went in with our family last week and overall its an ok place. Service was quick and polite, table was a bit sticky and our food didn’t come out cooked at the right temperature we ordered.

Rude manager insisted raw hamburger meat was edible.I ordered a burger medium rare only to cut into completely raw meat. Asked for it to be cooked more and the manager came over insisting it was medium rare, and gestured to my friends burger that was also cooked perfectly medium rare and said his was cooked well done to justify how much more red (literally raw) my burger was. After we told him that, he reluctantly took the burger back and ordered a new one. When the new one arrived, he stood over me condescendingly as I cut it to check, and it was completely cooked through brown :/ I said it wasn't medium rare, and manager was very annoyed that I declined it and couldn't wait for another I was on a time constraint. It's a shame that I've been to other locations and never had any issues. Waiter was amazing, but because of the manager I will not be returning to this location.

The atmosphere seemed nice, which drew us in. We were there at a busy time and the host, while accommodating, was rude. The service was poor, they took our order then after getting our food we didn’t see or hear from a waiter until we had finished our food and were about to get up and find someone so we could pay and get out. Needless to say, our drinks were empty for most of our meal.Onto the food… the road hoss burger was good. But no better than a Red Robin burger I could go get for much less money. The fries cost extra and didn’t come with very many. They were not good. Bland and uninspired.I rarely leave less than 5 star reviews but this warranted one. Between poor service and average and overpriced food I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.Edit: I ordered the traditional fries. The little bucket thing they came in had wax paper that went about halfway down so the fried just sat at the top of the bucket. Most of the bucket sat empty

Caesar is the kindest person. There were issues with a bar crawl (NOT ASSOCIATED WITH BRGR), and they made sure to make us feel welcome and served us great drinks. BRGR and Caesar have a wonderful business that provides the greatest customer service and experience. We will definitely be coming back to BRGR the next time we head to Kansas City, MO!

A bit disappointed because of all the reviews . Was a decent burger but there are way better. Had the Gonzo, ordered medium, was over cooked. Pretty skimpy on the toppings, small pinch of bacon crumbles and even less of the hatch chilis. Good flavor just nothing to brag about.

It was good, but not mind blowing. Had the gonzo burger and enjoyed it.

Location is great! Really like the burgers though- tons of options for any palate. The devils’ eggs are delicious.. I’d almost sell my soul for em! Alllmost.. I mean it’s just an egg and burger right? I felt like they captured more than just an egg and burger in the scope of what they make. Definitely a must try in KC!

Staff seemed overwhelmed when we visited (there was a college basketball game nearby), and their solution was to ask people to wait to be seated, and warn them that there might be a 30-minute wait (that was quickly retracted). We did have to wait a little for our food, and it wasn't unreasonable. The food was good, but not maybe as good as we might have expected.

We had such a great experience here from the food to the service....100% loved everything about it, and also had one of the best Reubens I've ever had!
