He had the waitress Tabatha and she was absolutely spectacular! I cup never went empty and she made the experience fun told us our loaded queso was made with love and gave us recommendations that were her favorite. Food is always amazing but thank you to Tabatha for the amazing service!<3

The service was wonderful and the food was great. This location has large window walls that were open during our visit. While that might be nice during certain times of the year, today it really affected our experience—it was extremely hot, and there were gnats/ stuff flying around.

Our experience with Barrio Briarcliff for our rehearsal dinner was nothing short of disappointing. After working with management for over six months to plan a 40-person dinner, I expected a smooth, well-executed evening. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the complete opposite.
While they had kindly offered to create a revised menu to streamline service, that’s about the only thing that was handled in advance—and even that fell apart the night of the event. When we arrived, the private room was completely unprepared. Tables were still being moved, nothing was set, and the appetizers we had pre-ordered were not out. This was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing as our guests began to arrive.
We had requested batched margaritas served in large drink dispensers, which they had confirmed. Instead, we were met with three small pitchers—barely enough for a few people, let alone forty. When I asked about the dispensers, the staff claimed they had no idea what I was talking about.
When it was time to order, our custom menus were missing. We were told they were “trying to print them now,” over 30 minutes after the dinner had already begun, but their printer was jammed.
It became painfully clear that large events are not a priority for this location. Management and ownership do not pay attention to details and show little regard for the importance of these moments. The manager I had worked with for months never even came by to check in or acknowledge the disarray, much less offer an apology.
This experience was incredibly disheartening. What should have been a joyful, seamless evening with friends and family before our wedding turned into a stressful, poorly managed event that felt like an afterthought to the restaurant. I would never recommend Barrio Briarcliff for any important gathering. They are simply not equipped—or interested—in handling events with the level of care and professionalism they promise.
