I ordered a chicken sandwich out was so dried out so called to order another one.. the manager named guy refused and Wasn't listening and would not make me a fresh sandwich I will not be ordering from here ever again so you lost a customer you could have had. Also I ordered onion rings and they only gave me 4 wow what a mess of a place don't order here if you don't want to waste your money I spent $27 for a mess.

I once enjoyed the salads from this place but recently a group of co-workers and myself decided to do a take order. When my salad arrived, I noticed immediately that the mixed greens were wilted. I have made numerous attempts to notify the managers, but all attempts were unsuccessful. I spoke to a lady today (08/20/2025) who placed me on hold for a long period of time, then the call disconnected. I called back twice only to get an outgoing voicemail stating that they are not accepting calls and the voicemail have not been set up.
If this is how Brick House wants to conduct business, I can assure you that we as team will make sure to spread the word. I can promise that me nor my friends nor family will ever patronize this place again!

Love brickhouse! Food is unmatched. Highly recommend the Philly egg rolls, Philly cheese steak (smothered), and chicken nachos. Love that they do happy hour on Friday and Saturday (especially in this economy). Always have the best time and the staff is a vibe.

Seems chill but we have been here twice and left without food or drink. First time we sat and waited so we left. This time we went for a late night bite and there kitchen was closed and it’s a little before 10pm 🥲 drove 20min cause google said 12.

Driving through KC and wanted a quick bite that was dog friendly. This place hit the spot 10/10. We felt very welcomed and my furry son was treated so well.
I highly recommend you stop by while in KC. Their food menu is extensive, their drinks are cold, and their atmosphere is family oriented.

Our waitress didn't write down our order and got it completely wrong, there was just my fiancé, myself, and our kid. Everytime waiters and waitresses walked out from the kitchen, they all had smoke coming out their nose/mouth from either vaping and/or smoking their weed pen. Very sad experience and will not be going back.
Very tasty brunch! The breakfast burrito was great. Our server was very nice and attentive. The only drawback was the table being a bit small for a party of 6.

They had a good selection of a variety of pub style food options. Our party of four each enjoyed of meal choices. They only had one poor waitress and she worked hard but the Brick House could certainly ease things for her by adding a second support staff. We were able to visit easily due to the low volume in the place. I would be okay visiting here again.

We have been here several times now and haven't had anything bad (or even mediocre) yet. Everything appears prepared fresh (not frozen fryer food) and combos and flavors are on point! We come at lunch and they always have us in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.

I have been to Brickhouse a few different times and it’s always a blast! My friends gets bottomless mimosas and today our server Ashlee was amazing! She was very attentive, sweet, funny, and all around amazing! Our drinks were never empty and food was amazing as usual! Take the friend the group and ask for Ashlee!
