I had a wonderful night here. My waiter was a man named Justus, and he was amazing! He made sure that i had a wonderful night. Best dining expertise I've had in years. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Took my husband to Brio for his birthday. It was our first time eating there. We noticed that there were very few people in the restaurant for a Sunday night. The service was horrible….very unprofessional, inattentive, & slow. Made several mistakes with our bill where he should have removed an appetizer we refused to eat…it was way over cooked! The calamari was hard and chewy…and we had to send it back. It was really nasty. We had to ask a different server for bread. (we only got 1/2 a loaf for 3 people) My lobster and shrimp fettuccine literally had 3 pieces of shrimp and 3 tiny pieces of lobster in a tasteless white sauce with under cooked noodles and bitter rotten mini tomatoes. ?
For $37.00, I expected much more than what I got. I didn’t eat much of it…it was gross.
My husband liked what he ordered , but he thought the service was so bad we won’t be going back. We were very surprised by the whole experience…..and nothing was offered for his birthday. (Which honestly didn’t surprise us a bit) Go elsewhere!!!
Really…it was bad!!

We had not been to Brio in many years (pre-Covid) and were looking forward to the dining experience we used to enjoy when we lived in the area. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not the same at all.
The menu has been changed, and so have the recipes. What used to be an upscale restaurant now appears to be a food-service-delivered-by-truck affair. Case in point: the lobster bisque. The bisque that used to be served was some of the best we ever had. What was served tonight was horrible. This had to be sent back as eating it was a no-go. The rest of our meals needed to be returned, but we didn't since we knew there was no point. The worst part of it is that prices are what a high-scale restaurant would charge.
Lastly, calling food-service-truck microwaved chicken strips with a slice of melted cheese and red sauce poured on top chicken parmigiana is just insulting. It is safe to say we will never return there and advise others to stay away. Whoever owns this restaurant needs real enlightenment on what good Italian food is and should seek to rebuild your establishment or at least change the name not to mislead those who remember it from another era.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! 0 stars! The restaurant had zero guest. Literally! Somehow it still took 15 min to receive water! Never again!
5:00 on a Labor Day Sunday. Great time walking the plaza and finished off with Brios. Dom provided great recommendations. Don was a great host/waiter. We will be back.

This place has gone down. When you walk in, the smell is awful. Not sure if it's a sewer, drain, pipes or what, but it's gross.
We sat outside and there's no blockage from the sun.
There was hair on the table, the napkin was dirty. Sooo, someone actually placed silverware in a dirty napkin and rolled it? Seriously?
We asked for water and there was hair in my glass. How did hair get in my glass? Yuck ?
The server was nice, but it was just not a good experience. No thanks. Definitely won't be back.

The food was very good which was really amazing because it was slow because they only had one person in the kitchen. The person in the kitchen must have been a real professional because our food came out tasting great and presented well. I love that you can get a peach bellini there anytime and they're good.

We visited in the early afternoon and had great service. The chicken marsala was excellent with the wedge salad.
Parking: It takes some time to find the parking, so allow time for it.

PATHETIC!
All the food served were canned at 10pm. Chicken shreds were bad in the pasta al vodka. Chicken Marsala was salty. The lobster bisque was super thick with chunks of weird taste of lobster pieces. The bread in the Bruschetta was soft. Seemed like all canned and microwaved.
Washroom was disgusting compared to the public toilets. It was the worst. No cleaning done. This place has lost the charm which was there bfre 5 years.
Save the time and money and go some where else for an Italian treat.
