Amazing place! Some of the best Boba drinks I have had in the states. Lots of options. There is free parking across the street. Sometimes it gets busy because of the quality, service and it is in a popular area. Never had to wait too long, even when it is busy.

At first I was a little disappointed that I couldn't order hot drinks, but the cold ones were pretty satisfying. I had a large and rather obnoxious 'to go' order and the woman who gave me my order did a great job of preparing my drinks and putting them into a bag, even thought the store seemed super busy.

My son, daughter, and daughter in law ordered drinks with Bobba, when one of the drinks didn't have bobba he asked for it to include Bobba. The worker didn't apologize and take the drink to remake it instead he was handed a condiment cup with bobba. He is very shy and soft spoken and didn't say anything. How absolutely rude to do this to a young kid and unprofessional.

I think this experience was great. I loved the matcha even though it was a little sweet. I liked the atmosphere of the place, it was unique. However, there is a small drawback, which is that the place is very narrow and small. There is not enough room to sit. Will come back again

Very good bubble tea. It’s one of the few places where you can select the level of sweetness. For me, I found the 25 or 50% depending on the drink was sweet enough. The tastes of the drinks is quite good no matter what your selection. I personally love the Taro milk tea!
