Do not come here. Uses matcha that is almost brown, bitter, and grainy. Unacceptable and mean service as well. Go to gocha.

EDIT: I was not complaining about the sweetness. Just because you explained what matcha you use doesn't mean you should use expired, old matcha. Keep in mind the drink costs $7 (half of minimum wage).

My friends and I drove 20 minutes to get boba we were craving and they saw us walking to the door and went and locked it while we were three feet away. I was confused because the store was still open for like 30 more minutes. She didn’t even give us an explanation, just ignored us.

How the heck does a tea place not have a public bathroom?
I guess the owner never drank tea at night. DUMB

Literally zero service, I used to enjoy this place but customer service has declined significantly since last year:( Emily who used to work there was awesome. I also enjoyed the previous plaza employee discount/points system for returning customers.

Ok whatever the employees name was, it's irrelevant, the fact is that your customer service needs improvement. I was the only customer inside the cafe and your employee demanded I show them my receipt for the drink. I’m literally the only person in the store - how can I be stealing? Instead of taking your order like a friendly cafe you have to put your order in on a kiosk and then be accosted by a rather unfriendly employee. I had already threw my receipt in the trash.

A simple greeting like "Hi, welcome in! Please place your order at the kiosk" would create a much better customer experience and eliminate the need to verify receipts, especially when there are no other customers present. This would make the interaction feel more welcoming and efficient for everyone involved.

The interaction was unfriendly, I was the only customer in the store - why are you asking me if I have my receipt? Other establishments, like Starbucks, have streamlined this process - they greet customers upon entry, and simply call out names when orders are ready.

Awful way to take orders
You have to be a pro to be able to place your order! This place is so counterintuitive! Once you discover how to do it, then discover their tiny barcode randomly placed on a table among all kinds of other bigger signs, you have to deal with their App that is not working properly and asks you all kind of irrelevant information ! Then you have to deal with a confusing payment method that ask you to enter every single digits of your gift card! It takes forever to place your order!!!
I had much better quality boba tea at the Westport place where at least you deal with humans!

My family and I stopped in here and got Matcha Green tea with regular boba and 2 with brown sugar boba. All the drinks tasted like fish. The shop refuses exchanges or refunds.

Customer service is awful at the Country club location. There were little to no customizations on the drinks. We asked if they could do no boba on the brown sugar milk tea. They said they couldn’t and gave us an attitude about our simple request. We have been to many boba shops and this was the first one where no boba was not an option. We couldn’t even ask for less boba. I think being located at the Country Club, they should have had better customer service especially when the kiosk was taking our order. Overall, I think there much better boba places than this with much better customization and customer service.

Wouldn't let me take the Boba out of my drink bc it would be an "empty cup". So essentially 7$ for a cup of Boba. Wild.

Drinks here are good, but unfortunately the employees aren’t very nice :/

One of my granddaughters enjoy Boba Tea! We visited so she could get her favorite beverage. The place was clean and well lit. My only concern, a small one, is the lack of space and they only accept digital payment methods. Otherwise, the experience was completely pleasant

I thought this place was great. Easy and quick to order, but be sure to have card on you as they don’t take cash. I liked that the kiosk had more info on what was in the drinks specifically when ordering. Workers were so nice and had my drink out in under 5 min. I got the crème brûlée drink and loved it. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

Tiny Boba Shop, but they have so many options, the staff is great. The Boba is amazing. I have been to a lot of Boba places in different states and this one is by far on my top 10. Recommended.

Cutest place. They have good drinks too don’t get me wrong, but even after my group all ordered actual drinks and we needed water, they refused. Even just a simple cup of water they denied. Got rude for no reason.
