It was an awesome time the food was amazing. The waiter Abraham was excellent. He was young Cuban guy, maybe mid 20s but his accent had us thinking, WOW Italian restaurant with Italian waiter?. Anyway it did add to the experience.

The food was good for price paid. However, even though the restaurant appeared to be slow, the service was very slow. The drink glasses looked dirty and a wine glass had to be returned due to obvious filth. The other glasses appeared to have a lot of water spots from what I guessing as a lacking dishwasher. Value for price paid was good. Ambiance is great. Bathroom was semi clean. I've not been to this location for about 10 years; definitely not as great as it used to be.

We had a large group of 14 people. Our server was amazing and very attentive. Our food was delicious and came out correct and hot. They sang Happy Birthday to my 15 year old daughter. We overall had a great experience.

We waited to find someone to seat us. The host was rude and flip-ed. The bathrooms were filthy and and old. Our waitress was very good but the food was awful. Just an overall sad experience for a Plaza restaurant.

The service was horrible. Our waiter never brought us bread as we watched all the tables around us get the standard free offering. Then he didn't write down our order and didn't enter in one of our plates, sadly the one for our 8 y.o., then forgot again that we were waiting on it. I then asked him about the bread and he made excuses that none was available at the moment we sat down. This was on New Year's Eve, but none of the staff seemed overwhelmed, with some seeming very lax. On the way out we saw the same unbussed tables as when we came in, most notably the one that's in the kitchen walk through. It's been years since we were last at Buca di Beppo, so the price increases were also startling, especially since we used to frequent here because it was affordable. Aside from all of that, we did enjoy our food.

This was our 3rd annual trip to see the Plaza lights & dine at Buca di Beppo. The atmosphere and food are absolutely exceptional! I look forward to Buca di Beppo all year long! The lasagna is superb!

First time dining at Boca di Beppo and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, atmosphere, server and management. We will definitely dine there again.

Great food and service. Friendly and courteous staff even offered me bread to go with my meal. The Italian cake was amazing!

This place is a lot of fun, and I'm disappointed I haven't tried it sooner. The vibe and decor are so unique. I did get lost trying to get back to my table from the restroom, because the place is like a maze, but that just added to the unique experience. We also enjoyed the food and had some substantial leftovers for the next day. The stuffed shells were my favorite, and the garlic bread and broccoli had a lot of garlic--the real thing, not just garlic powder. Such a difference! There were a few flaws to note. First, we ordered the Quattro al Forno, which is a sampler of four pastas, but we realized that the chicken one was not there without the waiter telling us. When we asked, he said they had run out. I was a little turned off that he did not tell us before the dish arrived and ask which substitute we wanted, and the kitchen substituted a non-meat duplicate, the cheese manicotti. Yet we weren't given a deduction in the cost to compensate for the lower amount of meat. I felt this was poor and slightly underhanded service and would have talked to the manager if I could have, but I knew it would make my companion uncomfortable. The other flaw was the bathroom. The dining area is amazing, but the bathroom needs some serious renovation, repairs (hooks, locks), and redecorating. Finally, the cannoli was a little disappointing, because there were very few chocolate chips, and the chocolate drizzles was under the cannoli on the plate, not on top, which meant that most of it was impossible to eat with the cannoli. All that said, we will return sometime for round 2!

The food overall was good. We especially liked the combo appetizer. The service was subpar and timing was off. We were often waiting. Waiting for something to put on her hot bread while our hot bread sat there getting cold. Also waiting for plates while the food was sitting there. We ordered a lasagna and they must've forgotten it because it didn't come out till we had already finished everything else. Our waiter was often busy talking with another waiter while holding plates and the stuff that we needed. Nice enough guy just not on his game that night. Hope it will be better next time.

I thought that it was the perfect place to go with a big group, and the service was great! I highly highly recommend, especially if you have a big group.

I ordered online for curbside pickup as curbside was an option. Once I got to the restaurant, I called requesting my curbside pickup. I was then informed that they do not offer curbside pickup. Why would you offer it online if it’s not an option? Fine. I went inside and got my order. Got home and opened my order. I ordered baked spicy sausage rigatoni and lasagna. Both small portions. Supposed to feed 3-4 people according to their website. I opened it and the small lasagna was half filled. I called and spoke to manager FRANK. FRANK was rude and condescending. He immediately went into defense mode. Explaining to me that “that’s the small portion. You received the right size. We just put it in that pan for to go orders. Have you dined with us before? Then you know that’s the right portion” Why would you put it in a big pan that is supposed to fit a large portion? If that is the true size then it should be in the appropriate sized pan. This is what I told FRANK. FRANK absolutely refused to give me his last name after I asked several times for it. He even told me to “go ahead and complain, maam. I can offer you a dessert” I explained that I had my son’s high school football game and that I couldn’t come back for a dessert” He kept arguing the pan size again and ounces blah, blah, blah. Still refusing to give me his last name. Then he told me that I was argumentative and that he was trying to help me and that he could offer me different compensation. Oh yeah FRANK? Why didn’t you say that to begin with? It was only after I asked for your name that you decided to offer me different compensation. $25 credit to use on my next visit. I will not return even with this credit. I understand that is your portion size. Fine. But to not even apologize for anything and accuse me of being argumentative only after I asked for your last name is uncalled for. No wonder you only have 3 stars on YELP.
