Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Our specific server did a poor job but I could tell other sections were better attended. The food was good but I think there are much better options in the KC area. The restaurant is getting older and given its size is probably difficult to maintain and keep immaculate. I've been to locations in other cities and had a better overall experience. I won't be going back to this specific location. If you have a big group this would be a good option. Lots of spaces to host a gathering and the portions are generous.

Food was sup standard. Service wasn't great. And to top it off the AC was broken so was 90 degrees inside.

Worst restaurant and service ever, we came in with low expectations, assuming it was just a bunch of people going there for prom or homecoming, but when the food was edible and the management who was wearing a T-shirt was extremely rude. It was pretty alarming, our tab was close to $250 of which the food was not even remotely as good as Taco Bell.

The service was great and the food was very delicious! Great value for the money Will definitely go back.

Everything was great except for the horrible conditions of the ladies restroom. The floors are SO sticky it will pull your shoes off your feet. I am not exaggerating one bit. I had to fight to keep my slippers on. They floors are visibly dirty and feel like sugar water has been spilled all over them and left to dry. Someone needs to very seriously address this problem. We can't be the only ones who noticed this. The noise your shoes make pulling them off the floor is super loud too. Food was good as usual, service was friendly and attentive.

Maria was amazing, she was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. She gave good recommendations and the food was great!! Very pleased with our visit.
