Really love picking up wings here, always great customer service! Food is fresh and hot. Place is always clean and orderly. Fountain Soda’s are really good and not flat. Always find kind people working at this one specifically.

Horribly slow service. Consistently running 30-60 mins behind.

Placed an order, you get there around the time your food should be ready but I get sometimes places run behind. Just chaos, a guy came in showed paid already his food was nowhere to be found they can’t even communicated with him or help the other lady waiting and her food getting cold.
Finally got our food, missing our onion rings, scrap pieces of boneless wings.
Better to just get a frozen bag at Sprouts and air fry them yourself

Slow slow slow, workers outside smoking while there is a list of names on the board, they never have their lights on, online ordering is always off says call location then you call no one answers it’s like they don’t wanna take your order or work is avoid this spot and go to one of the normal
Locations.

They are very, very slow. And even slower, if don't call in your order. If they have one than one thing to do, instead of greeting you when you come in they ignore you.

This happened to me twice. They were missing an item and I let it slide, again I ordered and they were missing ANOTHER item and yet didnt give me the right sauce for my wings.

40 wings came unsauced, returned with my receipt and they refused to remake or even sauce them (due to health code, fine). Handed me a couple of to go cups of sauce. Tried to be polite, management was terrible.

The employees were fine. The food was way over seasoned. Not typical of the buffalo wild wings in Liberty that we typically go to. The reason for the review is mostly the atmosphere. I walked in and there was explicit music playing very loud in the back. I often take my kids to pick up meals and I would have been very upset hearing explicit lyrics consistently.

I ordered 10 traditional wings with lemon and pepper and they were delicious but I also ordered a side of onion rings small. When I get home to my surprise, there was only four onion rings there that was a big rip off.
