Absolutely incredible bakery tucked away north of the river. My husband’s coworker recommend to us. We stopped by today to pick out some treats for my birthday. Everything is incredible. We bought a piece of pistachio tiramisu, baklava cheesecake, chocolate ganache cake, blueberry cake roll, and pistachio Dubai cake (I think that’s the name). On the recommendation of another customer we also bought a cheese burek and I am SO happy we did. The pastry is amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try everything else. The staff were so kind and attentive and answered all of my questions about the amazing desserts. Highly, highly recommend you don’t miss out on this absolute gem!

This is a hidden gem for sure! But, just trust your GPS and check their hours before you go & you’ll be the next person leaving a glowing review. Bravo to them, world-class quality and service at a reasonable price. The only ‘bad’ thing is how close I live to them making it so easy to have a decadent treat in front of me in less than five minutes from the time I crave it!

Burek and Cake is a neighborhood gem! I’ve tried several items, both sweet and savory, and have always been very pleased. I highly recommend this little bakery! Try the chocolate ganache cake and the spinach with cheese burek, go walk it off across the street at Cooley Park, then head back to Burek and Cake for seconds.
