The service is good and the staff are friendly. But every time I come to this location, I have to pull around to the front to wait for something to cook. Chicken, french fries, regardless of afternoon or evening. I understand that it's a result of fast food not being as busy as it used to be in the day, so some things are made to order. It's just unfortunate that it's happened the past 3 or 4 times.

Apparently they don’t know what a straw is because EVERY SINGLE TIME i get food from this place they don’t put a straw in the bag. Is it really that hard?
