So I pick my mobile order and they gave 2 hersey sundaes and not hersey pies so I turn around go back wait in line again and they stare at my receipt so long and then took the wrong items and then gave me the correct ones but took so long to fix their mistake and barley got an apology

For fast food, the food is decent. My issue with this location is that the lobby is locked much earlier than listed online. I came by at 6 p.m., and it was already locked. The website shows 10 p.m.

I came in to buy two of the new Bikini Bottom Bundles, and the experience was downright ridiculous.

Each $23 bundle is supposed to include a burger, tots, pie, and a pineapple slushy with cream, all served in special memorabilia boxes. That’s what justifies the steep price.

Instead, they were out of the pineapple slushy and actually charged me extra to replace it with a regular drink. On top of that, they didn’t have the memorabilia boxes at all—the main reason the bundle costs what it does. I ended up paying $46 for two burgers, two tots, two standard drinks, and cheap slices of pie, with none of the items or packaging the bundle is advertised to include.

Of course they told me they were out of things after I had paid and was offered no reimbursement. Absolutely outrageous.

They mess out the orders all the time, they keep missing things (like the juice in my son’s kids meal) , the grease filter hasn’t been cleaned probably since they open, and if you don’t believe me, just take a look at the black grease on the corner of the building while you are in the drive through. the worst Burger King ever!!

I was really impressed with this Burger King! The restaurant was super clean — honestly one of the cleanest fast-food places I’ve been to. Dominique took care of my order and did an excellent job. My food came out piping hot and fresh.

I tried the tacos and thought they were surprisingly good! Also got a bacon cheeseburger and some fries — everything was prepared perfectly and tasted great.

There’s plenty of parking here too, and I was even able to pull in with my truck and trailer without any issues. Overall, great experience — I’ll definitely be stopping here again!

Was first handed a bag with the wrong food order, luckily checked and let the man know. He asked us to pull forward, waited 10 minutes for him to bring us a bag missing items with rock hard cold fries not even the correct size. Causing us to have to pull around through the drive through again. 2 whoppers and a cheesy tot should not have taken an hour to receive and cost $40.

This Burger King is ridiculous. For over a week now, the drive-thru hasn’t been open 24 hours like it’s supposed to be. I’ve pulled up in the mornings to grab food, and the lights are on, cars are outside, and employees — even the manager — are inside, but they still won’t open the drive-thru. That’s the crazy part! If you’re not going to serve the community like you advertise, then you need new management. This is a complete waste of time and beyond frustrating.
