They manipulate the time system to look good on paper. Wait till car is gone to take next order.
It's Burger King. What do you expect? It is what it is predicated on who's working and who has some morals and some work experience... Half the time it's good half the time. It's really bad so I don't know what to tell you about that
We waited for our food for 10 mins, then the workers proceeded to drop the food on the floor, then told us to wait more. When they brought us the food, they didnt give us cheeseburgers as we had asked for. Bad experiance overall.

Pulled up to order food through drive thru and all the workers was outside smoking. I know damn well they do not wash their hands when they get back inside. So I left. Yuk

Genuinely one of the WORST fast food experiences I've had in a while. Completely disorganized chaos at this burger king.
The highlights of my visit were: Missing food, broken ice cream machine, confused workers, and being handed someone else's order entirely!
Said my name was Simon, and was handed an order for Sheena. How does that even happen?
Ordered three medium fries and got 2, ordered 16 nuggets and got 8. They almost didn't give us our drinks at all and we had to ask for them.
Genuinely... Get it together, please. This place needs an overhaul and some tlc ASAP.

I placed an extremely large breakfast order (30+ sandwiches) for a work event and they had it ready in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly, accomidating, and made sure we had everything we needed. They even carried it out to my car.

FOR SURE not a value, as prices went thru the roof. We just got 2 burgers and paid almost $22. NOT WORTH IT, even in our occasional pinch. They will be out of business soon.

I can't speak for the people that work at the store except for the quality of the food they made.Its been forever since I've tried BK after them always messing up.I ordered delivery and it arrived within about 20 minutes.The driver picked it up and was on the way as soon as it was ready.I thought it would be fresh and hot.Nope.Barely lukewarm,half dried and chewy like it's been sitting in a warmer for awhile and the lettuce was even brown.They missed half my order, including the drinks and added sauce to my burger I didn't ask for.Also it was all just slopped together in the wrappers and in the bags.

I have not been to burger king in years cause even with trying several different locations the food and the horrible customer service was the same. On this particular day I was hangry as heck, saw the bk and said it can't still be that bad and I was right. The initial contact employee waited patiently as a squinted my eyes to read the menu. Got my order placed and back to my surprise my food was really hot. I had to wait for it to cool down cause I didn't want to burn my mouth being greedy. I got the new burger with the brisket or whatever. It was the with the chance. I had food all over my shirt it was embarrassing but I was to busy getting that sauce off my fingers that I didn't even care, that burger was good. The fries dang should have got 2 orders fresh hot and they gave me a mountain of ketchup. Give it a try!
