The worse service I have ever had no in the store when we walked in we waited 30 min to get the food we watch 20 orders go out the drive through before they fixed our food don t go here the service is very bad. I wood give this place no stars

This review has nothing to do with any particular Burger King restaurant. This has to do with the BK mobile app. When I was ordering I could not leave off an ingredient that I did not want and I was allergic to but there was no option to do so. Then it forwarded me to an AI robot customer service that couldn't understand my problem. I always thought customer service was a human being. It's just my opinion, but I believe AI is going to be uncontrollable in the future. I think that was very poor customer service using a robot instead of a person and it would not even give me the option to talk to any human being. Burger King management needs to address this

On a slow but steady decline. Cold rubbery fries, a burger that literally looks like it was stepped on. Couldn't even get our drinks right on a order from the app.

Ordered delivery and everything came hot to our door. Everything was cooked well. Fries were salted perfectly. Chicken was not overdone or dry. Mozzarella fries were gooey and warm. Delivery was prompt. We are now full and very happy. Thank you 👍😊

One of your employees cut the Tonneau cover on my pick up truck last night 12/27 while my husband & I were staying across the way at the Comfort Inn and suites- Northeast. Camera footage from the hotel captured an employee coming out to take the trash out, walking 15ft from the dumpster over to my pickup cutting up the cover, damaging the crossmember & rummaging around before leaving empty-handed. The lady that answered the phone claiming to be the manager wouldn’t give the General manager‘s phone number. 😤🤬
