I genuinely have no idea what happened to this burger king. it used to be so good, i’d go after school to grab something and id have a nice conversation with the worker, but now the service at this location sucks all around. I always try my hardest to relate to the workers positions, having been in their shoes at many jobs myself. But what i can’t understand, is the drive thru attendants attitudes. To start, it now takes (at the very least) 5 minutes to even be greeted on the screen, line or no line. When greeted, it’s with this weird attitude that i can’t get around, it’s like no matter how nicely you talk to them, they hate you for being there and making them do their job. I’ll shoot a couple of examples, though i have no idea why i even went as many times as i have. I went a couple weeks ago, and waited for ten minutes at the screen. the lady who was on the mic picked up and said “what do you want?” in a very weird way. Once i tried placing my order, and mind you, i was talking loudly and clearly: The lady told me “i can’t hear you when you talk quietly, speak up” and while im huge on public speaking, its left a bad taste in my mouth. This has now happened every time i’ve been in the last month. Today, i very clearly ordered a small meal, saw the SMALL on the screen, and the worker proceeded to charge me for a large without offering to change it, and gave a very half hearted apology “oh, sorry.” i personally could clock in at this place and do a better job than everybody working there. the food is mid for the service provided, and it’s not worth the hassle. especially when these workers seem to WANT you to leave in a worse mood than when you came in! I guess they want their customers to feel how they feel toward the job. i tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s quite literally impossible with the way they treat their customers. I know i’m not the only one, this place needs better and stricter management to monitor how their employees are speaking to and treating people.
Rude, antagonistic, and arrogant. Will not be going to this location again. Didn't end up eating the food because I wasn't sure what they did to it.

Horribly service had to cheeseburgers and fries only got 2 fries and a wrap when I already paid for the other cheeseburgers and had me pay for it again would not recommend burger.

Well, I stopped in for lunch today. Work truck is too tall for drive thru.... So I'm standing there waiting to be helped, I look over at their food prep line.... I see like 5 flies, literally on people's whopper buns, lettuce, etc.... I walked out. Sorry but that is just disgusting people.

I like this location. They know my husband really well! We go here every week, I think at least 2 to 3 times a week. The Crew members who work there are always super nice! The only problem I notice is when people call in they expect 1 person to run the store and that's not OK. At least if there's one person, they either need to shut down for the day or shut down the inside and just run the drive threw or something. To be honest they should probably just go ahead and shut the store down for the day for safety reasons because you never know who's lurking around. TBH, I'm actually worried for the employee safety. That's one of the main reasons why I'm making this review cause no one should have to run a store/ fast food restaurant by themselves! BTW, This has happened more than once and we actually had to go to another location because Of this. They have some really great employees working there so don't take them for granted!

Who is managing this place?! No examples of customer service? The guy who took our order argued with us instead of just fixing the order. Another lady asked for the food back and receipt AND never returned it. Smart bc it’s hard to report issues without it. Doesn’t that violate health code taking food back? Are you re-serving it?! Sneaky on not giving our receipt back, too. I understand people want to get free food or complain. We didn’t do that. We paid actually, extra. I would never allow an employee to talk to a customer like that. Misunderstanding and mistakes happen. After the fact, they made us sit and wait almost 20 min to get the food we wanted! We paid for it and extra in time. Do you think we trusted the food after that poor service? No. Not sure the motive for the unprofessional treatment and what provoked this young man, but he is a liability with that anger and argument about what he thought we ordered. We weren’t mad. Get the customer what they want to eat and be done.

Wow…. $16.12 for a barbecue brisket, whopper and this is what I receive please pay close attention to the burger in the picture provided , literally a tablespoon amount of what could be considered brisket, absolutely and thoroughly disappointed….NEVER AGAIN!!!

The old lady working the counter was super rude to me when I got there. Argued with a customer after me about what he said when he ordered. Made him pour out a drink he asked for when she sold the wrong thing to him. Absolutely horrible lady.

The crew that works from 10 to 12pm always do me right. They do a good job.
