Opentable Diner

We've dined here twice during overnight stays. The burgers are good enough. They are woefully understaffed. Service is slow. On a Sunday evening at 7, every booth and table was unoccupied but covered with used glasses and dishes. One waitress cannot be expected to give decent service while working the entire restaurant and bar.

The food was something. The fries were cold when they came out, and the burger tasted like no seasoning. The one thing I found absurd was that the classic has no sauces like Ketchup, Mustard, or Mayo on it, even though some of the sauces were on the table. The Service was lacking staff and non-inatentive, that's all I have to say about service.

BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY !
This place really sucks. Rudest customer service I ever come across. I waited patiently for my order more than 1 Hour. I don’t think it takes that long to Cook a simple burger when I asked bartender about she is rude and said I really don’t know how long it would take I think this place is only in business because there is nothing else next to the hotel. If I stay here next time I would rather order door dash. Finally when burger arrived after over an hour it’s under cooked and fries are Soggy

Excellent burger, fries, and onion rings. Fast friendly service.

I found it online and it was close so I ordered a to-go double cheeseburger. It was pretty big and the fries were spicy, not plain. I'd do that again.

This place is just ok. If a place has "burger" in the name, I fully expect great burgers. These weren't any better than any other fast food place.

We stayed at a nearby hotel that didn’t have a restaurant, so that’s why we came here. We saw advertised on the menu that the kids meals were free (2 children per adult) if you stayed at the holiday Inn. That was a good deal! We had to pay since we were guests of Fairview Inn, but the kid meals were only $6.00 and included an entree, side, drink and ice cream. I had one of their burgers with a lettuce wrap. It was very good! The onion rings were overcooked, but still acceptable. My meal was $13. The waitress was not overly friendly but the service was quick and she was kind. I would go back here to eat.

Kid-friendliness: Free kid meals if you stay at that hotel. Their meals came with ice cream, which the kids obviously loved.

This place was convenient to where we were staying so we tried it in spite of the bad reviews, and I'm glad we did. The burger was really good, and the fries were delicious! Our server was attentive to our needs without being intrusive to conversations. We are "burger snobs", and I'd go back again for sure.
