Great food and drink. It is called Burger Theory, so don’t expect anything else. They do have great burgers, but also other options - wings, chicken fingers, salads and a great selection of beer and mixed drinks. Highly recommended for what it is.

When we visited Burger Theory for our family meeting and birthday dinner. The service was terrible. I ordered a steak, and it was served raw. When I asked for it to be taken back, the server took my whole plate. When she brought it back, the steak was burnt on the outside and still raw in the middle. She also only brought out the steak alone and told me that the cook threw away all of my sides. When I asked if I could have my sides, I could tell they threw them together and it was terrible. This was a $204 meal.
As the family left, we stayed down to have drinks. The bar was full, and all tables with people drinking were at 10. The bar decided to close and gave everyone plastic cups to pour their drinks into and to move into the lobby. When we spoke to the manager about this (as many people were upset), he told us that it is up to the bar manager if they close or not and have a license until 1 a.m. to stay open. Why in the world would a bar manager close a full bar at 11 when they can stay open until 1 a.m.?

We've dined here twice during overnight stays. The burgers are good enough. They are woefully understaffed. Service is slow. On a Sunday evening at 7, every booth and table was unoccupied but covered with used glasses and dishes. One waitress cannot be expected to give decent service while working the entire restaurant and bar.

I have a hamburger and fries. The fries were pretty good. The was terrible. It was way over seasoned with black pepper. Also, it was dry. It was obvious that all the juices had been pressed out of the hamburger. To be fair, I am a super taster. This means I can pick out seasonings and flavors better than others. For some people, they would not have noticed the over seasoning, but you cannot possibly not recognize the flattened pressed dry hamburger. The bun was fresh and the other condiments pretty standard. I did not have the cheese, to do not be able to tolerate the taste of processed cheese. At home, I would’ve prepared a fine cheddar, melting it with add emulsifier so that it will not separate when poured over the hamburger. How much superior flavor? Place in the burger on the grill I would’ve pressed it once so that was full contact astronaut remove the juices.
Service, it was actually quite nice and refreshing. They were extremely busy getting ready for the evening as a time I was at the restaurant. So the service was understandably slow. The ref fix the hamburger for me and re-cooked the fries. In hopes of pleasing me. You cannot ask for more. The cook at that hour was obviously not a trained chef or even a short order cook. This could account for a lot. It was the hour between lunch and dinner.

Staying in the hotel and ordered a Sirloin for pickup (to eat in my room). When I go down to pick it up I’m told they don’t allow steak knives to go to the rooms. I was given a plastic knife & fork for a sirloin lol! Even in trying to cut into the steak I quickly see it’s not edible, the center is 100% raw. Won’t be ordering anything from here again.

The food was something. The fries were cold when they came out, and the burger tasted like no seasoning. The one thing I found absurd was that the classic has no sauces like Ketchup, Mustard, or Mayo on it, even though some of the sauces were on the table. The Service was lacking staff and non-inatentive, that's all I have to say about service.

BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY ! This place really sucks. Rudest customer service I ever come across. I waited patiently for my order more than 1 Hour. I don’t think it takes that long to Cook a simple burger when I asked bartender about she is rude and said I really don’t know how long it would take I think this place is only in business because there is nothing else next to the hotel. If I stay here next time I would rather order door dash. Finally when burger arrived after over an hour it’s under cooked and fries are Soggy
