You can thank Grubhub for the one star. Burrito arrived ice cold. Burrito would probably been 3 stars if not for the condition it was delivered in. Can't recommend delivery orders from here. Probably won't make an effort to dine in.

Got a “steak” burrito more like chopped up roast. Other than the mid rice and overall bland flavor was my burrito was soaking wet with grease. The whole tortilla was soaking wet with it completely inedible. Would not recommend.

They charge extra for onions and cilantro if you get pico de gallo because it already has the ingredients. Plus they very stingy if you ask me.

Pork Carnitas were awesome in the burrito bowl! Great flavor! Could have a better presentation as everything was just piled in a to-go box, ingredients seemed fresh, rice was a little dry or undercooked (some hard grains).

Their cheese for the last 3 weeks has looked like infant feces layered on chips. It's awful and the texture doesn't look like cheese. I don't know what they've done but they need to undo it. It looks like they froze the cheese sauce and reheated it. Update: I contacted the store via Facebook and they've arranged to remake my nachos next time I go in. Hopefully it is more appetizing with fresh sauce! Good customer service though!

The food was meh. I tried the pastor meat and it was quite greasy. Everything seemed like it'd been sitting for a long time. The carnitas had a solidified layer of fat. I didn't care for the melted cheese on the tortilla. They charge extra for onions. I would rather go to chipotle if I'm going to drop $12 for a mediocre burrito. Too bad as I would rather support local but I won't be back.
Parking: This is located inside the city market and parking can be a challenge depending on the day and time.

I watched the lady making the tacos put her finger in her ear with her gloves on and then continue making the tacos. And then she swept the TABLES with the same broom she used to sweep the floor.

Asked if I wanted cheese. She melted the cheese onto the burrito tortilla like something from Taco Bell. Not what I wanted. I wanted regular shredded cheese. Only to be told I'd be charged twice for cheese if I wanted to add shredded. Why are you melting the cheese to tortillas without explaining it?

Have been twice and have had pseudo food poisoning twice. Second time I went I asked what was fresh and she said “everything”, if you look at this food for more than 1 second you will know that’s not true.
Basically a worse version of chipotle. Everything was bland and greasy. The pastor was almost inedible. If you know what a decent burrito is, stay away from this place.

Was there a change of management / staff? Had no problems here until I went recently and no one at the front understood Spanish / the names of items. The guacamole wasn’t right (first time I’m seeing white colored guacamole…) the staff isn’t friendly and it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing.
