The food was ok (not that great) but service was atrocious. I felt like I was burdening the the employe by placing an order. Has happened both times that I’ve been here. Won’t be back. My suggestion is to improve the service. Plenty of options out there. The employee wasn’t polite and didn’t seem to appreciate the order at all.

After reading some of the other reviews I believe there's always room for improvement. It seems they had something good going on and now whatever has changed, has changed what the outcome is. It was my first time there. Seems like a small buffet style burrito assembly line. It has many options and seemed decentish with cleanliness but could use a proper wipe down. The food was good but not great. The selection is what's going for this place. I'm guessing if you go are the right time with the right staff and you'll have a great experience. But also think there is room for improvement. Mexican cuisine is not super hard to conquer but once you had that mojo it's good not to lose it.

This restaurant used to be a staple. Ever since it came under new management (assuming this since the staff used to be fully Hispanic and no longer is) it went downhill fast. Firstly, the cleanliness in the restaurant is atrocious. Secondly, portion sizes and food quality has decreased rapidly. The extra charges have gotten wild. A lady squeezed a small slice of lime on my burrito and charged extra for it. They need to turn things around quick or else they will not make it much longer.

You can thank Grubhub for the one star. Burrito arrived ice cold. Burrito would probably been 3 stars if not for the condition it was delivered in. Can't recommend delivery orders from here. Probably won't make an effort to dine in.
Got a “steak” burrito more like chopped up roast. Other than the mid rice and overall bland flavor was my burrito was soaking wet with grease. The whole tortilla was soaking wet with it completely inedible. Would not recommend.

They charge extra for onions and cilantro if you get pico de gallo because it already has the ingredients. Plus they very stingy if you ask me.

Pork Carnitas were awesome in the burrito bowl! Great flavor! Could have a better presentation as everything was just piled in a to-go box, ingredients seemed fresh, rice was a little dry or undercooked (some hard grains).

Their cheese for the last 3 weeks has looked like infant feces layered on chips. It's awful and the texture doesn't look like cheese. I don't know what they've done but they need to undo it. It looks like they froze the cheese sauce and reheated it. Update: I contacted the store via Facebook and they've arranged to remake my nachos next time I go in. Hopefully it is more appetizing with fresh sauce! Good customer service though!
