Los Tacos are so good! La Quesadilla de Pollo also really good. What I love the most is the service and the big side dish or cilantro, onions and caldo de Berria. Their table red and green salsa is the perfect spicy and flavor. Definitely recommend for your next taco craving! ** check them out they are right next to Kansas City Comedy Club

I was really surprised at how slow this place was. We were the only ones in there and the food/drinks came out super fast and was really delicious. English as a second language for the servers, if you are aware, you can compensate with Google translate. Well worth the visit for some really good food.

We had a group of 14 that went here after a conference. I took 1 bite and it was so bad I couldn't eat anymore. Out of the 14, only 3 ate most of the food. Most others had a few bites. Unfortunately, about 15 minutes later 3 people got sick to their stomachs and vomited. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but people need to be warned. The lady at the counter was very nice.

Starting as a food truck, this place really stands out. Second time visiting and the food is fabulous. Salsa and chips are so fresh and tasty. Serving sizes are generous. Fantastic family specials and great service! People are very friendly and kind. Ambiance could be warmed up a bit. Having said that, this is my new favorite in this area. Really does compare to the "Taco Trail" in Wyandotte.

Legit best taco I've ever had.I normally hate cilantro and onion but got the chicken as-is anyways- Best. Decision. Ever.10/10 recommend.Edit: got Carnitas too after posting <3Edit 2: brought friends back for a second try and got the taco pack. 14 tacos for $35. Got Birria and Chicken (no pineapple)- added photos :) so good!!

I had to come out of Yelp retirement for this.Really don't know where to begin and where to end. Let me just start by saying it is easy to say a Mexican restaurant is good after ordering the birria. It is a rich fatty cut of beef, slow cooked in spices. I.e a drunken, meat hating vegan could cook it and it would taste good. So I'm not playing any birria softball here, albeit my party ordered it. Chicken pastor taco. Rubbery, ultra fine diced chicken devoid of any salt with some disgusting mayo based sauce. Chicken mole taco. Pressure cooker or simmered chicken. Still rubbery and no salt. With a sad excuse of a mole sauce on top. Did I taste raw cinnamon on top? I don't know, maybe, I was in a daze at that point. Think air freshener after the fart but the canned spray not so fresh itself.Shrimp Baja taco. Mixed with chorizo. Or in this case a chorizo taco swimming in grease with imaginary shrimp. I suggest changing the name to Chorizo Taco with Plancha Grease Salsa and Glimmering Hope of Shrimp. My wife had birria and a pork taco. She was somewhere between hangry and whatever the word for disappointed eating is. Let's say disappeating. She dissappeated her food. I should have taken pictures but I was reeling and did not think to record the events. It was like every time somebody sees a UFO. I swear it happened, I was in shock and couldn't get to my phone.Check out the other one star review written close to the time of mine about families be ware. They got some pics for you of the plates. Our hosts ganked a preschool for their multi-colored plastic lipped children's plates to serve up their finest creations I'm their establishment. My only critique with that review was they were warning families to stay away when they should extend that warning to all age groups within the human species regardless of whether they are bringing any of their young offspring with them or not. I see a bunch of you talking about this beloved food truck you admire which is turned into this restaurant. I suspect somewhere on the journey between the truck and building this establishment was turned to the dark side of the force.I will now take my leave and go into seclusion deep into the dogabah system to search for an old friend. May the force be with you.

The Al pastor (pork) was so delicious!! I can eat the chips and salsa alone because of how good they are. Food service is quick and the drinks are amazing for such a great price. The owner is the nicest person ever with such great service. 10/10 Mexican food !!

The place was not at all what I expected it to be. The pictures online gives a different look to the restaurant than what it is. It’s a more fast food feel tbh. The food was decent. I was a bit disappointed with the fish tacos. The Baja Shrimp tacos were good. Not the exact place I would have chose for my gathering but overall the service was good.Parking: Easy parking

The best birria tacos in town. It was a food truck but now they're inside the building. It would help to order if you speak Spanish . Not the best parking but tacos are So flavorful. So good.

After reading previous reviews I was excited to try this place. I was bit disappointed. The good; reasonable prices, restaurant was clean and not too loud, chips and salsa are not included with your meal but they were very good. The not so good; the person taking our order was trying very hard, she seemed very overwhelmed. Food came first then our drinks. The fish taco had 2 tiny pieces of fish...not close to what was in the picture on the menu. Overall food was ok, not great. Too many other options in town to choose from in my opinion.

This place is amazing. Fantastic tacos, full of flavor and so so satisfying. Very reasonable pricing for incredible quality. We had a wonderful experience and are so happy to have found this gem. I had the amazing chorizo taco and the birra taco. And they also have vegetarian and even vegan options on the menu. Highly recommended!

I didn't realize that this place had turned into a fast food restaurant. Please update your website to reflect your current status because it's misleading. Outside of that....food is good, ambience was good, margaritas on point. Nice staff. I'm sure I'll be back for taco Tuesday.

Some of the BEST tacos I’ve ever had!! I was too excited and forgot to grab pictures, but the asada and birria were delicious. My partner also had the Barbacoa and Baja shrimp and said they were perfect as well. Can’t wait to make this my regular spot!

SO. UNBELIEVABLY. BAD.FAMILIES BEWARE (!) Should've taken note that there was literally NO ONE here at 6:30 pm, and now I see why. The sign next to the register had a crude/inappropriate statement right in front of it that our kids had to stand there and awkwardly read as we ordered (who puts a sign like this in a restaurant? Have you no basic awareness of children/families?) Should've left then. The cashier took our order and literally disappeared never to be seen again- to the point that we finally had to find/pour our own drinks. We tried re-entering the building 2x to set off any sort of bells or alerts they may get in the kitchen, but no luck. Food comes, some on weird plastic kid plates, and others on scorching hot ceramic plates (yet the food was only warm...microwave?) The food was VERY OKish, if you're cool with hard bits of rice in each bite, and a GIANT HAIR on top of your dinner. A big, long hair. Barf.My family leaves, and I stay behind to pay for the drinks (we had to serve ourselves), and I ask if I could talk to someone about our experience that evening. The girl side eyed me and texted with someone for 5+ minutes while I stood there awkwardly, and then finally just gave me the "manager's" cell #, and said to text him. As weird as it was, I tried to text him, and big surprise...no response. So, here I am writing this lovely review. Honestly, this was in the top three worst restaurant experiences I've ever had, and 100% will never be returning.

This is an order at the counter and seat yourself place. They are doing what they can to make things work with the staff shortages that everyone is experiencing. Lucky for us, the food is fantastic and the new setup doesn't detract from the experience at all. I once again forgot to take a picture before we ate everything, but it was really good. I had the Birria taco and Baja shrimp taco. They were piled high with toppings and so flavorful! I would definitely recommend both tacos and hubby enjoyed his choices as well. I tried the Jalapeño cilantro margarita and the Jalapeño they used happened to not be spicy, but I guess it could go either way. It was refreshing with plenty of cilantro pieces. Hubby had the Margarita Martine and thought it was really good - it's served in a martini glass with a sugar rim. We will be back!
