We tried the Saigon, iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and a hot Paris By Night which is an vietnamese espresso with mocha syrup, cayenne syrup, soy milk, and cinnamon. I've never had anything like it! Definitely a one of a kind coffee shop. I liked it and will definitely go back.

It’s the Year of the Snake and there are three matcha specials right now. My goal is to try all of them before the specials change. Last night, I ordered the Mamushi (brown sugar, cinnamon, matcha, oat milk). It was absolutely delicious and refreshing.
My picture of my drink doesn’t do it justice, especially as I had already shaken it up and started drinking it, but the cinnamon looked like gold flecks in the green liquid. My only regret is that I should have added the pandan cold foam. Next time!
A bit of a tangent, but I want to include this. I’ve been following Jackie for as far back as when the coffee shop was still a dream and not reality yet. I’m so proud of her for creating such a cool and safe space in our community, and in such a great neighborhood, especially when there were so many obstacles in the way that would’ve made it easier to just give up. She embodies resilience and strength, but also quirkiness and fun, which is very evident in the shop.
Be sure to stop in and check out other awesome drinks, merch for sale by local artists and small businesses, get your own coffee beans and syrups, and so much more. It’s a great place to chill out, work, read or write, relax, and meet new people.

Came here with my wife a couple of weeks ago. While the coffee itself was nice and smooth, I really didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency from the staff.
When we were ordering, they asked us which sticker we wanted on our cups. We both picked one, thinking it was just a cute, complimentary touch.
We were stunned when the total came out to almost $30 for two coffees. Only then did we realize each sticker was $5, and at no point did anyone mention that they cost extra.
To make it worse, these weren’t even high-quality stickers — they wrinkled and started peeling almost immediately from condensation.
I understand that businesses need to make money, but doing it by deceiving customers isn’t the way to do it. We won’t be returning.

As a Vietnamese native, I was disappointed with my coffee. I got Dirty Thaiger and Electric. They tasted bland and watery, mind you I drank it right when they handed me the coffee. The Electric wasn't very strong or very sweet either. Not worth the price. The service was nice tho. 3 stars because I’m being generous lol

Heard lots of good things about this place so I figured I'd give it a shot. Since I love cà phê sữa đá and thai tea, I decided to order the Saigon and the Thai-ger. The first red flag was the drinks were ready before I could even sit down. Normally quick service would be great but this seemed almost too quick, like the drinks are pre-made and they just needed to add a scoop of ice. The flavor was also not good. The Thai-ger was extremely bland with a very weak tea flavor, nothing like any Thai tea I've ever had. The flavor of the milk was overpowering. The Saigon was flat out terrible. Worst Vietnamese coffee I've ever had, if you can even call it that. It had a very very odd aftertaste, almost chemical-like, and extremely bitter. I've had instant coffee with condensed milk that tasted better and more authentic than this drink. Also, it seemed like they were trying super hard to sell other things. I was asked if I wanted to buying some donuts or muffins, if I'd like to purchase some stickers they had for sale, and if I was interested in any of their merch. Just felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money any way they could, and I didnt feel like it was appreciated that I only bought their main item: drinks. Overall just a very disappointing experience

Overhyped and overpriced drinks for what you get. The Vietnamese coffee has a weird nasty taste. The Thaiger drink was very bland, I could barely taste the Thai tea flavor. Drinks were already made by the time we finish paying which put us under the impression of premixed drinks and the flavors reflect it.

I live in Iowa and every time I make it to KC I make it a MUST to stop in. I truly think about this place daily. Their drinks are one of a kind and extremely tasty and their mochi donuts are to die for. Aside from their amazing menu, the hospitality leaves such an impact! Everyone is always welcoming and eager to give you recommendations when asked. The service is extremely quick too, I never wait too long for my drinks. Highly recommend this gem!
