Came in at random just to see what the cafe was about. I’m a Capital One card holder on the credit side but have been looking into opening a checking account. I had a wonderful interaction with Shay. Very personable, answered my questions, and gave me coffee recommendations. Wonderful experience overall.
Fantastic experience with Shay, she is kind, resourceful and professional and really went above and beyond to help me solve a problem I have with a credit card application. It really felt like a good friend was helping me get this done. The cafe has a great atmosphere and I felt welcome and valued being there. Recommended for sure!
This was my first time at a Capital One Cafe and it greatly exceeded my expectations. There are 24hr ATMs at the entrance, which is what I stopped by for, and Nathan asked if I needed any help. After I was done, I went inside and he politely gave me a tour and offered a free beverage since it was my first time.
