My family and I came in here for lunch one day, and I think one of our orders may have been messed up so it took about 30 minutes to get it out. We didn’t complain because we were there to visit with each other, but the manager went out of her way to give us a free sandwich voucher. That is quality customer service in my opinion! Also the food is PHENOMENAL! I went back and used my free sandwich voucher today and I got the hot bobbie and wow. My new favorite sandwich ever! I definitely recommend this location!

Update: do not know what happened tonight. Staff barely acknowledged when I came in. Picked up the food I ordered, verified receipt. Got home and a different sandwich was there. Wanted the Capastrami, but it was a dry turkey, beef and bacon. I did not go back, just tossed it out aside was not to my taste or what I wanted and paid for.
I'll come back, but I hate to feel obligated to verify the staff's responsibility.

Great selection of sandwiches! Choose from 3 sizes, all have plenty of meat and toppings. Quality ingredients that are worthy of the price. Enjoyable and a good Rewards program.

This was first time placing an order here and although the food was fantastic my order was incorrect hopefully the next time it will be right . Check your orders
Salad did Not have the diced chicken I paid $3 extra for and the the waygu club did not have waygu on it I paid $23 for . My receipt is correct food was not.

Small place, but that's what you get for a strip mall store front. The owners are incredible. Top tier customer service at this place. You can really tell they put love into what they do. Always professional, always helpful when it comes to questions or recommendations, and SUPER clean. Great little lunch spot for a lunch break.

We've been here a few times now and tried multiple things. Everything has been delicious! We've taken out and eaten in. I was really happy that the hot food stayed good when we took it home, rather than a soggy mess. My husband has been making his way through the Wagyu menu and has loved it. I've tried salads and Italian sandwich. Very happy with it all. The service was friendly, helpful, and quick. All in all, we've enjoyed all our experiences here.

This is my favorite sandwhich shop. They have unique sandwiches that hit very different but are 10 to me on the scale of sandwich shops, my favorite is the hot bobee on wheat!

Came here today for dinner. Was pretty upset when I noticed a staff member handling money with gloves already on and then proceed to prepare another customer's food. It wasn't even busy so I'm not sure why they didn't put a new pair of gloves on afterwards.

Food was okay but I think this just bothered me enough thinking what the cashier might've done before making my meal. I don't think I'll come back again.
