My family and I came in here for lunch one day, and I think one of our orders may have been messed up so it took about 30 minutes to get it out. We didn’t complain because we were there to visit with each other, but the manager went out of her way to give us a free sandwich voucher. That is quality customer service in my opinion! Update: do not know what happened tonight. Staff barely acknowledged when I came in. Picked up the food I ordered, verified receipt. Got home and a different sandwich was there. Wanted the Capastrami, but it was a dry turkey, beef and bacon. I did not go back, just tossed it out aside was not to my taste or what I wanted and paid for.
I'll come back, but I hate to feel obligated to verify the staff's responsibility.

This was first time placing an order here and although the food was fantastic my order was incorrect hopefully the next time it will be right . Check your orders
Salad did Not have the diced chicken I paid $3 extra for and the the waygu club did not have waygu on it I paid $23 for . My receipt is correct food was not.
