I came into my favorite location today. Got my usual XL coffee. I ordered the waffle sandwich. It was very cold upon my first bite. I think heating it up was overlooked or the wrong time had been set. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a reheat and I was given a new fully heated sandwich. This location has great customer service despite being very busy.

I paid for extra chips in the Mocha coffee to make it more chocolatey and did not receive even chips on top? Like one of the reviews said. I just wish the prices were more competitive for what you're getting $7. For a Mocha coffee that doesn't even really taste chocolatey.

The baristas were absolutely wonderful! They were so kind, sweet, and very helpful in helping me decide which coffee to order. They also really hyped me up when I told them I'm an aspiring author. :) My visit here was so wonderful and made extra special by these wonderful people.
