I came into my favorite location today. Got my usual XL coffee. I ordered the waffle sandwich. It was very cold upon my first bite. I think heating it up was overlooked or the wrong time had been set. I brought it back to the counter and asked for a reheat and I was given a new fully heated sandwich. This location has great customer service despite being very busy.

The baristas were absolutely wonderful! They were so kind, sweet, and very helpful in helping me decide which coffee to order.
