Since it's at Worlds of fun the wait was crazy long. The Turtle that I got tasted nothing like the ones from other locations.

Found this by accident while strolling through oceans of Fun. Located adjacent to a gift shop and fudge shop. It was great to see a familiar shop like this and the iced coffee was a welcome treat on the very warm day. Plus, they had the coolest temperatures in their shop! Downside was that their drinks are very, uber sweet, even after asking for less syrup. But the mint condition is really good anyway.

One star is generous. We waited over 30 minutes for 2 drinks with only one person in front of us. After the wait, we realized they gave us a drink we didn't order. Amazing service!

Caribou is always good, this location needs a bit more oversight. Inside an amusement park I know to adjust the standards somewhat. My husband and I waited for 50 minutes for coffee. It seemed as though the location was extremely understaffed. There were only 2 people behind the counter and a volunteer from Worlds of Fun, who did as much as she could, but wasn't allowed to work the register. I am always hesitant to give star ratings below 3 for fear the employees working there will be held responsible. Everyone was doing their best. This location needs some TLC and it could be well run. There just weren't enough people there to help.

I felt generous today. Not even worth one star. Waited almost an hour for two drinks, one of which was just a coffee. The baristas when taking all the time in the world to make drinks even though there were 12 orders stacked up. If you can't make drinks without the written directions you probably shouldn't be working a Saturday at a theme park. Bad look for Caribou.
Horrible service I had to wait 30 minutes to get a simple latte is it that hard to make a latte? No!! The employee didn’t even knew the recipe she was looking off a book to make every single coffee!!!She also didn’t know what I ordered so she had to ask me.She is so slow at doing anything there is only one person making the coffees too!! ON TOP OF THAT.. there are drunk people in line!!

Waited over 45 minutes for our drinks. Orders were getting messed up including mine. Ordered a simple mocha and was given a regular coffee with creme. The manager ended up making mine and while it had chocolate, it takested more like a bad hot chocolate. Took what I could get and left. They were constantly looking at recipes for what people ordered. One girl was having it out with whom, I assume was a manager about when she was going to get a break. One guy left 3.5 hours after he was supposed to get off work and everyone seemed a little unhappy with that. Very disapointed....

Ordered 2 cups of coffee and we had to wait behind others who ordered fraps, lattes, and mochas. Should have just been handed our drinks right after paying. This would at least helped the already frazzled staff not have to worry about another order. Took about 20 minutes before I finally asked to get our coffee. 2 stars only because they are teens and didn't seemed to be trained to handle the busy night.
