Awful!!! The chicken was grease soaked & pink, the noodles were overcooked, the Alfredo sauce had so much grease and oil sitting on top. I took a few bites & hours later threw up! The "manager" was supposed to call me for a refund and that never happened. I will never be back or ever recommend. Horrible customer service - thanks for the hour wait for the meal delivery as well as food that was not edible. Also the no call back "to make it right"

Great third anniversary dinner! Cascone’s has been a special occasion restaurant in my family for decades. We had a special placemat and a box of Russell Stovers on our table. That was so thoughtful and kind. We enjoyed our delicious chicken parmigiana and shared an amazing pumpkin cheesecake. It was a wonderful experience as always. Cheers! Thank you Cascone’s.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit a delightful experience. From everyone from kitchen staff to wait staff treats every one like family. Jimmy does a fantastic job with his employees. Desmond the GM is always making sure the team keeps the restaurant clean and team top notch. Jackson, Carla , Maria are top tier employees. Never been to restaurant besides Cascones where the employees are so polite and respectful to everyone at the table making. You feel like family. Easily one of my top Italian restaurants in the Kansas city area. Make sure you go hungry to Cascones. You won't be disappointed However, this small detail doesn't take away from the overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend! If I can give 100 stars I would. Went here for the first time tonight after having moved to Kansas about two years ago. We thought we had found our favorite Italian restaurant until coming here. Now we have a new favorite. We absolutely loved the food and atmosphere here and will definitely come back. Not to mention the owners were super nice and invited us to come back every year as we, celebrate our wedding anniversary.
