I know Casey’s is normally known for their great pizza. I have no idea what is wrong with this location, but do not get their pizza. They didn’t get the memo that it’s supposed to be edible.

I stop at Casey's for the pizza and buy gas if I need it. They never have cheese or hamburger pizza in the display. It's almost always pepperoni and/or sausage. Many people do NOT eat pork and I don't think Casey's data people took that into consideration, particularly as the move from ex-urbs to suburbs.

That chorizo breakfast pizza was a delicious surprise. Clean location, looks recently upgraded. Staff was friendly!

“Tried their brisket sliders (three small sandwiches) — unfortunately, the meat was extremely dry, even though they added a lot of sauce. The brisket was shredded into tiny pieces, lacking both texture and flavor. Disappointing overall — I won’t be ordering it again.”

When did Casey’s become such a trash brand? There is literally no reason to visit this Casey’s. The pumps are always down. There are three Quiktrips minutes away from this location. Just go to QT.
This is not a real Casey’s and it’s not a gas station worth stopping at.
There is no kitchen, the store is regularly half stocked, trash.
I don’t know which hours posted is wrong but the online and door hours are no indication of whether the door will actually be unlocked and the store open.
The terminals to check out are so slow. Putting in your rewards is a good way to add 60 seconds onto each transaction. Add that up amongst 5 people in line when only one terminal works and now we are all just standing around.
They lock the bathrooms so you have to go get a key. Ok that’s fine I get it. Then you get in there and there’s no toilet paper or paper towels. I thought the point of locking it was to control the quality/cleanliness?
The employees are friendly but the entire store experience overall is abysmal. I am actually shocked that Casey’s would put their name on this. The Minit Mart takeover has soured me to their brand. Should have fixed it first.

I thought this location would get a fresh start with new construction…no there is still the same racist lady working there who had it out for me. I love Casey’s, especially this location and no matter what, she will not let me use the bathroom. She let my boyfriend and my best friend use the bathroom but as soon as she saw me she looks me up and down and says “no bathroom for you”. This is racism at the core ! Your gonna let my half Spanish bf, my half Spanish friend use the bathroom and when it’s my turn I give my bf $80 worth of food to buy as I USE the restroom the other lady said it was ok, she’s gonna say no?! Then why would you let everyone else ? She’s an African American lady who’s short & chubby and even though everyone says “uhh yes” when u ask to use the bathroom, (as in that’s fine), she always tells me no, but says yes to everyone else! this lady who’s black with short little braids refuses despite every other person around me being able to use the bathroom. This has happened 5 times before I finally chose to write the review! And she’s not personable at all, not able to reason with her when I asked why everyone else is allowed to use the bathroom. Please get rid of this lady! She is rude! Every other employee at Casey’s is awesome and kind. Not her!

Two clerks kept talking to.eachother while checking me out and not even acknowledging me. If you want better service go to quick trip. Just rude and unprofessional.

I love the staff at this Casey’s, they are always so friendly and welcoming. HOWEVER I wish they had more support at this location- I stop in a few times a week and almost every single time I’m there they are having to field off people asking for free drinks, asking if they can sleep inside, people hanging around outside screaming at each other, other customers, and at the staff members. They handle it with grace but they deserve better.
Poor. No pizzas to go. Expensive. Go to QT instead.

This Casey’s was well lit inside and out. Gas pumps were not busy at 6:30PM.
The lot and the side walks are in serious need of cleaning.
Plenty of parking and handicap parking.
Interior was pretty clean, shelves were well stocked but the shelf I checked was not cleaned nor was the product I checked rotated.
Staff was friendly.

Awful. No food. Oven and kitchen broken. Restrooms locked and not allowed usage by clerks. Impolite cashiers. Casey’s overall is going downhill fast with acquisition properties in KC Metro but this is the worst one I’ve been to. For those that drive for a living avoid Casey’s. Not worth the bad service.
