Team members won't answer the phone. I lost a piece of medical equipment and I just want to ask if they found it. Their answering AI generated machine sends me to a ream member even if I ask for management and the team member never speaks and then hangs up

How is this Casey's still standing and how are the employees even employed. I went in for sweet tea made in house and they were out and said that they weren't going to make anymore at 3:00pm. This place is filthy the employees are disrespectful and there food quality is trash. Corporate needs to come evaluate this place.

They say they close at 11. I was here at 10:45 and they were already closed. I went there to get gas as I’m about to run completely out but now being forced to drive another 2 miles. Thanks Casey’s.

by far the worst casey's I've ever had to deal with. they canceled my order once without telling me, yet still charged me. then hung up on me and would not answer when i called back. All because it was close to closing time. i would order from the one closer to me, but it is not an option. would rate absolutely 0. i currently have an order placed. app said 35 minute delivery and here it is over an hr and a half later, no delivery, and once again, they will not answer their phone.

UPDATE: I called again, waited on hold for 10+ minutes, someone picked up and hung up, without a word said. I just dont understand how these people are employed

In the middle of a kitchen remodel so unable to cook. Ordered 2 pizza, 1 2L and 3 20oz mtn dew for the crew. Received everything but the 3 mtn dews. The delivery driver informed me I would need to get a refund. Called the store...I was hung up on the first 2 times. On the 3rd time I spoke to Amanda and told her I wanted a refund for the 3 drinks who then proceeded to tell me I did not order them and she cant refund for something I didn't order. I then had to bring the receipts to the store to show that I ordered them. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn't even have access to do a refund and I had to come back tomorrow to talk with the manager...so she wasted my time and now that's 2 trips I'm going to have to make just get back 6 bucks.

They want 20 dollars an hour for minimum wage but they can't even take 2 seconds to make sure everything is correct on your order or give you a call if what you ordered is not available...because they didn't even have it in stocked.

Tried to call them multiple times. Talk to the AI. AI transfers me to to a person. You can hear them answer the phone and then hang up. Not even busy as I’m sitting in the parking lot. Terrible.
