One of the worse one in the area. Dirty never any of pizza slices ready..workers just standing doing nothing when there ovise stuff to be done. Like clean your restrooms.. hands down the worse one.. and this was a joke like really.

I was a manager for Casey's in Iowa for 15 years, and you need to get you store in shape, like now!! I walked in, as I haven't been to this location, so I thought I'd try it out. I found some of your fountain drinks to be out of order, the sanitation around the fountain drinks area was an absolute mess, drink lids were not filled, and one package of lids was just sitting on the counter, open and waiting to be put in. The only employee working hard was the young man making pizza, which was good! As for your two female cashiers, just sitting and gossiping. I'd really prefer to call corporate and have you shut down for unsanitary counters, but I'll let you try and fix it! Your location is a disappointment to the Casey's name, and those of us who took our work seriously. In Iowa, Casey's is a highly respected business, and you have shown a great lack of direspect!! Get it together, NOW!!!! As far as I'm concerned, you need to be the one in there, cleaning those counters and putting those cashiers to work!!! An absolute disappointment!!

I am very upset we ordered two pizzas one Hawaiian one chicken bacon ranch and a chicken Cesar salad they came and said that they were out of pineapple we took that in stride and still went ahead with the pizza then they came out and said they were out of chicken for the salad I didn't even think about the pizza but our chicken bacon ranch did not have chicken on it either and they never mentioned it they didn't offer discounts or any kind of compensation very upset we spent so much on stuff we couldn't getI did reach out to them with the link provided in other reviews nothing from them yet

Ordered a taco pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived without any chips or lettuce on the pizza. I called the store to let them know and they told me there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. Dissatisfied customer.

Like a broken vending machine they took my last 20. I ordered a brisket pizza and was told there were jalapenos. When I got my pizza I was told no they were out. $18 and some change. I wanted my money back. I paid with a debit card and I was told "that won't be possible due to the $5 gas charge on the same transaction" I don't know what kind of a place y'all are running but this is one of the worst Casey's I have been to. The employees are untrained and management is luckily never there. Keep my $18, y'all obviously need my money more than I did.

This location is beyond inconsistent with their hours. There is always a handwritten note on the door saying that they are either closed or when they plan to open/close. There’s never pizza or any other hot food ready to grab and eat. The store is always filthy. Poor management. Too bad since this store is in a really good location. This has been going on for MONTHS now. Steer clear.

The opposite of what a 'convenience' store is supposed to be. Even though it's basically brand new still, service is terrible. Given them multiple chances, but I'm done. Usually only one person at the register over the lunch hour- and seems like there's usually another employee just wandering around instead of helping the line move faster.Got gas and needed to wash my windshield... but the squeege was gone from every pump around me. Walked to the end of the line to find one, only to have it be broken, and all of the wash bins were dry.I guess you can try the gas here... but buy your snacks anywhere else and save yourself some time and effort.

I work right down the street. I frequently stop by this place around the noon hour for lunch. They hardly ever have any Pepperoni pizza available, and when I ask if they have any in the over when this happens, I always get told "No" while I see some kid staring at his phone in the kitchen. I have complained through the official corporate channels about this, but nothing has changed. I'm not sure how much the manager/owner of this actually cares.... hence their current rating on google.UPDATE - one month later, and a couple of complaints via their corporate website, and still nothing has changed. The owners just don't care.

This is the most poorly managed Casey’s in the Midwest. Always slow service, poorly stocked and today they had a sign that they are closed at 5pm on Saturday. Last time I’ll visit this location.

UPDATE:Went from 2 stars to one star. Not only do they have problem keeping pizza out, the drinks are always bare. Idk if they need to pay the cooks more so they may actually have people who can keep pizza out or what.. When you go to pick up your order and its still not ready because thinking maybe this will be better since I can never seem to get a slice or two when I go but nope, all I know is that this location needs to figure it out!Never has any pizza when I come, came this morning and you guessed it. Would be nice to get some when I stop by, may have to start going to QT at least they always gave pizza out in the mornings.

I'm editing this review because I just stopped in for the first time in a while, and had a much better experience. I don't know if the staff was new, but I saw some new faces, and it was a much more positive experience. My breakfast pizza addiction is now back in full swing...

I love this Casey's because they have E85, but frequently the pumps are down or the card readers don't work. They are closed pretty frequently though so they are not reliable for in store service.
