Pricey for basic bar fare but the food is good. Loud, sportsy place with good camaraderie to watch a KC game

Ordered a burger, waitress asks me what cheese I wanted on the burger, and what I wanted for a side (when I never inquired about either).
Get up charged for both the cheese on the burger and the side on the burger with no disclosure.
Add your prices to the menu and stop nickel and diming people.
