Drinks were great. Love the atmosphere, but Very small, which made it a little uncomfortable as people were standing all around us(it was a Saturday evening) And we were seated right in front of the front door, so every time it opened it was so cold. Would definitely go back at a less busy time.

Abso-freakin-lutely adorable Craft Cocktail Bar. Felt like we took a Time Machine back to the 1920’s. Drinks were magnificent, the service spectacular, location convenient, atmosphere unmatched! A must experience! It was most excellent!

Tried this place for the first time on a Friday at 7:30 and we were seated immediately with no reservation. The space was small, but very cool and good vibes. Drinks were good and the servers/bartenders know what they are talking about. I'll have to try food next time I'm there

Ambiance was eclectic chic. Cocktail menu was great for the season with full bar and diverse wine list. Food was exceptional elevated and thoughtful. I really enjoy an open kitchen to watch and a nice counter space with a Chef's Table feel. Fancy but not pretentious. I would also suggest for happy hour as well. Small plates were really good. It appears that live music is played but we were there on a Wednesday so we did not get to experience that. I will be back. Super attentive service team as well.

Fantastic & knowledgeable bartenders! We came in with a group of 5 girls and varying requests and they were more than accommodating and made wonderful recommendations. Highly recommend for a cozy cocktail night or drinks before dinner at Tailleur (our second stop).

This is an ambient cocktail bar located in Westport. We've been multiple times for a happy hour or drinks on a date night. They recently added mocktail options. Keep in mind, it's first come, first serve, so for best luck at seating try to go during a non-busy time or you might have to wait. The team that works here is always friendly and provide quick service.

I showed up on a Wednesday evening and Eric the bartender proceeded to make my entire evening a delight with his creativity, kindness, and conversation! He made several fantastic mezcal drinks and discussed some of the experimental cocktails he was making as well. Every person who came in was warmly greeted and every drink was absolutely delicious! Beautiful small industrial Victorian type chic place. Must try their cocktails! They also have a wine list and some food items like smoked salmon and charcuterie.

Stopped in for a cocktail with girlfriends before our dinner reservation at Tailleur (which doesn't have a bar). The ambience is quite lovely and our server was great. The best part - my drink was ah-maze-ing! A Little R&R is now one of my favorite drinks. After dinner, we went back for another - and we'll definitely go back next time we're in KC.

Came here for a drink with a old friend. Drinks are decent. Small bar and good enough to catch up. Not too loud and it's very cozy. Our waiter greeted us right away and we had the window seat. We got two fancy drinks. It was pretty average in taste and $. Good for a hangout spot with a friend or date. Would like to try their other options next time.

Didn't try any of the food, but our two rounds of drinks and the service were amazing!

We've been to Cheval on Main several times. It is always bustling with a great crowd ... and great staff. The decor transports you straight to a Parisian bistro.Parking: There is a parking lot to the west of Cheval [I'm not sure if it is Cheval's lot ... or if we just took a risk]. There is limited street parking ... especially with the KC Streetcar expansion. The lack of parking does not deter people from going to this establishment. It is packed every time we go.
