We have been here many times and have LOVED the food. This particular experience was very different. We ordered General Tso’s chicken, crab Rangoon, dumplings, and egg rolls. The three starters were great like always, however the chicken was almost inedible. It tasted like it had been taken from the grease trap. It was burnt and that was the only flavor you got from it. I won’t say we won’t be here again but we will definitely think twice before coming back.

Me and my son walked to this restaurant but ordered over the phone as we got closer got orange chicken and sweet n sour chicken and a combination fried rice and asked for fried rice with other orders and she must have not heard me as I a order of wanted crab ragoon witch I thought there was 6 in a offer like all other restaurants but no it’s 4 had two buy 2 more that was about the same price as 4 but when I called back after making the almost 40 minute walk back to my motel all they had to say was are u ok with the white rice and we will make sure it don’t happen again did not offer any discount on next order or to even replace it

The lady taking orders was RUDE. She spoke to a black gentleman in a bad tone. I was looking like why. Then she took my order, again she was RUDE. She didn't understand what I was asking, so I ordered Shrimp fried rice. Next was a white gentleman, her toned changed it was warm and pleasant as she asked him, how can I help you. That's when I recognized she doesn't like working with blacks. I like supporting businesses in my area, BUT I won't support bad customer service and I don't have plans to support this business. I'll drive miles away for good service.

The service was good, though we had issues with the food. We got the rice and sesame chicken and rice and broccoli beef. The rice was really dry, and my chicken had weird flavors throughout and didn't have great texture. Kinda felt like it was cheap meat. My partners beef was really chewy. The broccoli was really tasty though. So were the donuts.
We also got the crab rangoons, which had a sweet taste that was kinda off putting. We probably wouldn't eat there again.

The Szechuan chicken was just awful. Way too much sauce, and it was very dark brown, almost scorched. Chicken pieces ranged from way too big to very small, and were all overcooked. Long, stringy pieces of green onion and onion. Hot and sour soup was ok.
I'm pretty sure you guys could do much better!

Been a neighborhood staple for a very long time. Their quality has never changed. Definitely recommend.
Ordered the chicken fried rice and it’s a pretty small portion for how much they charge for it. Their cousins on 12th st give you double for the same price. Chicken was unseasoned and really chewy had me wondering if it was real chicken. The entree was half chicken half rice which I wouldn’t complain about if they chicken wasn’t so bad. The rice was decent tho. Wouldn’t order again

This was our first time here and the guy that helped us was so nice. The food was prepared fresh. It tasted really good and flavorful the way it should. We got the pu pu tray for appetizers and the shrimp egg foo young. There was food leftover for take home that we weren't able to finish between my husband and I. We will definitely be back!
