Chipotle Mexican Grill

They made a last minute catering order for us that worked out fantastic. They were very nice and helpful to get this ordered processed after the deadline. Food was great as usual. Could not have been happier.

Better than my home town Chipotle. I would give it a shot.

I’ve been going to Chipotle ever since they first opened in Los Angeles! And for the most part… minus the unnecessary increase in your prices, I’ve had NO ISSUES with the food! UNTIL…. TONIGHT!
I was eating my sofrita bowl… tastes the same as ALWAYS… until I got to the very end of my bowl to find an EXTRAORDINARILY LONG BLACK HAIR! I was grossed out mostly the sight of ANY HAIR in my food is gross enough… but after eating ALMOST all of it makes me gag… because it was at the end… SOOOO DISGUSTING! Everyone should be wearing hairnets or something to keep hair from falling into the food!

I’ve been coming here for over five years- the service is always consistent, the food quality is always great, and the one time I had a small issue, the GM Lael was so pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.
Lael was so pleasant that prompted me to wanted to give a five star review. She was great!

Ordered a $15 burrito bowl and got a half of bowl of food. Employee just barely put a half spoon of food from each container. Total rip-off.

I felt like they were short staffed when I went, which could be the issue. My food was hot though, the staff super friendly as well. I give them props for handling rude pick up customers while we were there. They need to be paid more!

One of the best locations I've been to in America no lie. The whole team was on the same page like a little assembly line. 6:50 pm 05/1/2025. They deserve a raise give them more than a funky pizza party. Stop being cheap.

I almost never leave reviews but I just had the worst, most annoying experience here. I came in ordering food for my entire family, spending roughly $60 and they refused to make my son’s steak quesadilla and said that you’re only allowed to order those online. I explained that I couldn’t download the app due to issues with my phone (even though that still would’ve been a total inconvenience) and they still refused to make it. I had to go to a whole other place to get food for my kid even though they could’ve easily made it. Left a bad taste in my mouth, very poor customer service.

I went here for my usual burrito and one of the workers came up with a food thermometer to test temperatures (which I was happy to see) but without wiping it off between the white and brown rice!! You DON'T DO THINGS LIKE THAT!!!!

Extremely expensive for what you get. There should be more steak in the steak burrito than what they put in there in my opinion for the price

My custom chicken burrito bowl was perfect! Lettuce was crisp, chicken was perfectly cooked, and rice was perfectly cooked as well. Very tasty! Service was a little slow inside as same crew was making several pick up orders mixed in with live counter orders.

Terrible portion size on mobile order this has happened multiple times recently. I'm paying money for a product and to a company who consistently does not respect their customers, unfortunate hopefully people understand that we have voices

Great service, good portions, and quick to make an order. Can’t ask for much more. I drive out of my way to visit this chipotle specifically because the service and portions are better than others I’ve been to.
