Horrible experience. This one employee who is cross eyed (not meant to be offensive) was super rude to use. Talked behind our backs and darn things we didn’t say in front of us, to her colleague. She has always had an attitude with us. Not sure if it is because we are an interracial couple or what. I called her out for it and she rolled her eyes denied it and walked to the back. I asked to speak with the manager and he came up and said he was the manager, gave us two large soda cups, and that was the interaction. No apologizing for the employees attitude, no acknowledgment of the employees attitude. Nothing. We did not deserve this poor service and attitude after we both worked long days and came to our local chipotle for some food. :/

This is probably the worst location I’ve been to. There were at least 6 employees I saw but only about 3 actually working. One serving customers. My “burrito was a mess and overstuffed. She saw that she had overfilled it but somehow got it closed and just wrapped more foil around it. Normally it’s a good thing when you get more but it was impossible to eat folded up I had to open it and eat it like a bowl which is not what I ordered. Just very disappointed.

Terrible bowl. You’d think the meat they’re portioning is coming out of their checks. Paid $11 for steak this is pathetic!!

This is my second time coming here, & didn’t staff, but both times when I said extra meat, I got exactly that. 4 stars for that alone.

Do not place a mobile order. My food is usually fine when I order in person.
I hadn’t eaten all day and ended up ordering through the app. The food took them a little longer to make than normal, but I’m patient and didn’t mind too much.
When I got home and bit into my burrito, the rice was the consistency of playdough mixed with sand. You couldn’t make out individual grains of rice. It was closer to burnt porridge. I couldn’t make it more than a few bites in without almost vomiting.
I tried to call the store, but they prevent you from reaching their phone and force you to talk to a chatbot. The app’s support is also all AI and cannot resolve issues. I’m not including this in the overall review of the store, since it’s more of a corporate issue.
This review is a 3 star because the employees re-made my burrito when I brought it back and were nice. The rice on the second burrito still wasn’t as good as the rice I normally get, but it was at least edible.
I’m not sure why I was served that rice. You can tell by looking at it that it wasn’t right. At some point an employee looked at that disgusting goop and decided to put it in customer’s burritos. I am begging you to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I hope I don’t get food poisoning.
Shout out to the young lady working the burritos and rice. Excellent customer service. The older lady working the sauces and cheese wasn't quite there.
Nonetheless, the food was good.

Ok, I left a review a week ago, went in again because it's close and it seems to be improving, the staff was new and not surly and disrespectful like in the past. Was somewhat cleaner but still needs some improvement. However, I will go back now that I see better staff, less mess, better service(in the past the staff was downright abusive) and so am encouraged. I would have given 4 stars but need to see some consistency first. I eat at Chipotle everyday but was going to Prairie Village as this one got so bad for a while.

Routinely miss items on pickup order. Chipotle’s only solution is an AI bot that gives you a coupon for the item that expires in 30 days. Thus creating a never ending cycle of repeated visits to Chipotle in which I provide them a 30 day interest free loan on items not provided.

This was probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Came in at 9:45 (closes at 11:00) and they were completely out of steak. The employees had their own speaker blasting music behind the counter (which was overpowering the overhead speakers) so you could hear both the restaurant music and their music playing, which was really obnoxious. Every single table was dirty and there were no napkins. Just really disappointing overall.

I had to keep asking for more rice don’t understand why it’s hard to give people enough rice. That wasn’t the really bad part the really bad part was when their cashier Douglas (white man) was rude because I didn’t understand what he was saying and I can’t see tiny numbers and letters on the screen. (I wear glasses) He lucky I wasn’t rude back.
