They have the most rudest Mexican women that work there, they can’t get any of the portions correctly but they want to over charge you for the prices of the items. My chicken was extremely burnt and my rice was dry. No one answers the phone, I’ll take my money down to 102nd and state line.

Second time I've gone in there and the food I've gone in there and the options are not there or have been sitting there all day and look nasty. Who does the quality control on this? Where's the commercial where there's always fresh meat cooking? Unacceptable and disgusting.

Ordered and when arrived: food stolen , they don't check who is picking up the food. Staff acted like they don't give a darn. Used chipotle gift card, card charged but no food. Beware of ordering here!! management made No attempt to correct for my food paid for and someone else picked up. Total Rip

Busy days I understand that we cannot find some items in stock.. but it seems like lately Chipotle at State Line MO, is always running out of something... The service is not the best... The positions are getting ridiculous! They were out of veggies... And when I asked the lady told me that they don't have it... 2:30pm... And they are out of veggies... And the chips.. ( how can you mess up the chips?) Stale..... Awful ?
