Got food poisoning today from here. It was the only thing I ate that day so I know it was from here. So I feel like I won’t be back

You guys don't add enough meat to your dishes. To come in and pay that much money and get 80% rice is ridiculous. We won't be back

Disappointed. Burrito was half the size of others, bowl was small. Missing kids meal chips. Milk was hot and I refrigerated. No peppers. Cheese & tomatoes just sprinkled on. No flavor. Chipotle is going down hill. The things I loved about it aren’t there anymore. Skimpy and flavorless.

I go to this place all the time and super late. I went and order food online using the app. I placed my order for pick up at 10:30 PM. I got there at 10:30. Didn’t see my bag for the pick up so I asked and they said they had to make it which was fine. One of the employees told me that their quesadilla maker was turned off and said he could make it in a bowl, which was fine. When he started making my order and my boyfriend‘s order, he started telling me that he was out of almost everything that we both ordered. There was no chips either. I think this is ridiculous. I understand that they close at 11 but I was there 30 minute before they closed and I placed the order at 10:10. I saw them packing stuff up and putting things away. Telling me they are out of stuff and their were more people coming inside. They also made our food wrong. Never coming back to this location even tho it’s closer to my house I rather drive further to get my correct order and their is a limited of items to chose.

The food was decent. Not the best chipotle I've ever had but not terrible. My problem was the lobby was absolutely disgusting with every table dirty and the trash overflowing. I would understand if maybe they were busier but there was two to three employees at all times Not doing anything except talking to each other or playing on their phones, Sitting under the prep tables that were also piled with dirty dishes during the 30 minutes we were there. And the only ones who stayed consistent and working was the trans girl, the young man with the dark brown hair and the girl with the piercings. The rest of the team needs to get it together and actually chip in.

They're usually fine, but I got served guacamole that looked like a bowl of diarrhea. They proceeded to defend serving it to me.

Visited the evening of 02/14 and the staff left me very impressed. Every single one was enthusiastic, kind, and efficient! It’s not often you find a group like that, was very nice to see. Thank you all for your kindness. I felt very welcome and I was only there for a few minutes. Excellent, excellent work and excellent individuals.

I got a chicken burrito and the gm Brittany made my burrito I asked for chicken and she gave me a really small scoop I asked why the bowls get more and she lied and said they get the same. She was rude and didnt give me just a little more when i obviously wasnt happy with the small portion. I then watched her make 3 bowls in a row where she put one scoop and then scooped a little more. Why would anyone with this attitude be in charge of anything?
