I order from your restaurant almost weekly. I am not usually one to complain but today I had to. I ordered from the app for pick up and I got home to a bowl that was literally like half empty. My husband bowl was also pretty sad looking. For the 47$ I spent this is terrible service and food portions. I debated on making the drive back to return everything but getting back home at 9 from a long day of work, kids sports and school prep we were exhausted and your service was extremely disappointing for the money we spend here.

They hardly ever get our online order correct. The service is zero stars. The people that work here don’t know what customer service is. Most of the time my guac is brown and they forget fajitas every time. Today they messed up the protein in my bowl and the beans and my husband’s order too.

I’ve gone to this chipotle multiple times as I live close by and they always skimp on the meat so today I asked for the chicken on the side. While in store we were asking about the portion sizes and the GM who made our bowls said we could argue about serving size all day bc he was right and we were wrong since it was In a 4fl oz container (the small clear containers they put their sauces in) it was 4oz I tried to explain there was a difference between fluid ounces vs ounces anyways took it home put it on my food scale and The scale doesn’t lie 2.2oz which is half of a serving.

Placed a catering order for a business lunch 24 hours in advance. Arrive 15 minutes after the pickup time thinking it would be ready to go, only to get blank stares from the staff - they hadn't even started putting it together. Pretty frustrating, and not a great look for me in front of my clients - they went without lunch today.

The portions were so small. The food was cold. The chips were starting to stale. The guac? What guac. Half an unripe avocado squeezed in a portion cup.

As per the response from Chipotle I followed the link that ofc took me through a bot. No real support.

Filthy location.

Always out of food starting 2 hours before closed.

Have 5 employees and 2-3 will always have headphones in ignoring everyone and plodding along like a slow ox in a paddock. One is frequently seen playing. Had a speaker. Had a truck toy like a remote controlled truck. Seemed oblivious the workers around him were in the weeds and the restaurant had 30 ppl in line and was out of things. 6th worker on “lunch break” right in the middle of dinner rush.

I’ve seen college cafeterias run like clockwork including chipotle knock offs so this clearly comes down to bad management and bad employees.

Started skimping so heavily it’s criminal. I have several times ordered online double meat, and received about 2 ounces but per Chipotle’s own website and a double portion should be 8 ounces and a normal portion 4 ounces. The rice is hard and under cooked. The guac has been stale lately. The chips aren’t fresh. The bowls were half full of other ingredients too.

They are majorly skimping and I’m no longer going to go here. It’s not worth my waste of money to revive an inedible hard uncooked rice bowl with no meat, and I was choosing chipotle to control my macros so if they won’t be consistent I can spend my $ elsewhere where they will actually clean their dining room and use a measuring scoop and don’t act like it’s an imposition to follow franchise rules.

This is the greediest location I’ve ever visited. Had to ask repeatedly for more of everything except the meat because the worker wasn’t putting enough of anything in the bowl. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Terrible.

This was the nastiest Chipotle I have ever seen too. It smelled like bad trash, food and trash on the floor and most tables. I notified the clerk that the coke was out but it never got changed out. I asked the cashier for a bottle of Coke and he did give me one. I'm hoping this was just a bad day and not the norm for this location.

This place is always filthy and the workers never have their hair pulled back. Employees always have looks on their face like they’re mad that they have to help you. Chipotle needs to step it up!

When I get food for my family from here we aren't disappointed. They haven't gotten our orders wrong ever, even when we order on the app, which impresses me. Staff has been friendly with every interaction I have had with them.

This store sucks just ordered a bowl with steak,rice,black beans, pico, medium sauce and with cheese and sour cream. And didn’t get half the toppings and they gave me chicken instead. SMH you guys are trash! Mark your days
