I tried the chicken el pastor. it is just ok. Was hoping for a oh my this is great, but just ok. Also, it would be great if they could make the picture. If I say I would like it to look like the picture, that's what you should make.

Chipotle is usually good. Go when they open or at peak times to avoid food that has been on the steam table all afternoon. I went once around 4;30 pm. The rice was dry and hard. Not this time though.

I’ve been coming here for lunch recently and over the last week I’ve been here 3 times and each time I get undercooked rice. Or maybe it’s old rice fromThe previous day thrown on top of the fresh rice. It’s gritty, hard, and inconsistent. Gross. Won’t be returning to this

The food was very salty and they gave the smallest portions I've ever seen at a chipotle of both rice and meat (we didn't order beans). The chicken was burnt & the pork was very fatty. They were also out of spoons which one employee apologized for which was considerate. The place was dirty when we went to get forks, lots of trash & dirt was in the plastic ware containers. My kids were still hungry after eating regular burrito bowls that cost around $10 each for such a small amount of food (& they have small appetites).

Ok, so they make pretty good Carnitas Burritos, but I got a Chicken Bowl and it wasn't the best I have ever had. Ordered a side of guacamole, cause they didn't put much on my Chicken Bowl when I asked for it, but gave the customer before me twice as much. Guacamole was lumpy and I mean very big tablespoon sized lumps. So more like not quite ripe Avocados were used and not quite smoothly mixed into guacamole. The brown rice wasn't steamed long enough and a bit crunchy. The chicken had fat and grissle in it, so it wasn't really very good chicken for my taste. I might try the Carnitas Burrito next time and with the crema sour cream. At least it would not be full of Avocado lumps and fatty chicken.

The food here was awesome. The girl who started my burrito was very good. The salsa and lettuce guy was on top of things. The cashier/drink guy was a dirty look giving, barely audible mumbling type that came across as being ignorant and unkind. I was not impressed. If given another opportunity to eat here, I will literally pass it down because of that guy
