Horrible service. Rude people. Always want to close early. Gives 1/2 servings and gave attitude when you I asked for full serving. Only this location. Manager said it was 25 minutes to make white rice. Not friendly customer service. 1 out of 10 service. Will never go again! Walked out!!

UPDATING- 7 MONTHS LATER, this is still the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a bowl online but got a burrito. Sticker clearly said bowl. Brought it back (with bowl sticker) and the SAME “manager” wanted to fight with me rather than just fix it!

Order was pathetic- looked half eaten when I opened it. Brought it back to the store within 15 minutes of picking it up and the manager would not issue a refund and was no help at all. She told me to call corporate if I have an issue. The customer service phone representative was not helpful either- the woman lied to me and told me that each location is individually owned, and has their own processes. She told me she could not give me a refund and could only give me a coupon. After over an hour on the phone I was finally connected to a supervisor who was kind and willing to assist me. The entire process wasted my evening, and here it is 9:30 at night and I still have not gotten dinner.

I came to this Chipotle last night around 10 PM hoping to grab a simple burrito, but they were out of mild sauce, sour cream, corn, and lettuce — basically everything you’d expect to be available. I decided to just come back today, and suddenly everything was fully stocked.

As a mother and someone who manages a lot in a day, I don’t have time for inconsistency. I spoke with the manager to express my concern, and she refused to give me her name and simply said, “that’s just how it goes sometimes.” That response was honestly disappointing.

This is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this location, and it’s clear the accountability and leadership just aren’t where they need to be. I genuinely enjoy Chipotle, but this store needs to do better for the families and customers who spend their hard-earned money here.

I placed an order online for pick up at this location. I ordered extra rice and extra black beans. I would hate to see what my bowl would’ve looked like without asking for extra because it was so little. Very disappointed as this is the second time in a row this has happened to me at this location. Definitely not extra of anything!!! If you’re going to be so stingy then charge for the extra portions

Absolutely horrible customer experience. The woman building my bowl continued putting ingredients that I didn’t say I wanted and then got upset when I pointed it out. She then threw the bowl away and started throwing scoops of everything in the bowl like slop. The cashier also had an attitude which I didn’t appreciate. With no exaggeration it was the most rude food service interaction I’ve had this year and even last. The only kind one was the one who initially started my bowl. Please find a different location with staff that are better trained in customer service.

The food was incredibly bland. I used to love Chipotle but it has clearly gone down hill. The people working were extremely rude. They added sour cream to a bowl and I did not ask for that. After saying I didn’t want sour cream they added more sour cream before getting upset. When remaking the bowl they were literally throwing the food into the bowl. It made me very uncomfortable and I will not be returning. I will never be spending money at chipotle again.

This is the worst chipotle location. Every time I go the staff is not great at all. Bowl or burrito is always messy on the outside with food smeared everywhere. I got charged a guacamole that I did not get and had to ask multiple times to get refunded bc they kept insisting that I got a free drink instead. Terrible service and never great food.
