This place is so horrendously mismanaged. This looks to be a newer Chipotle, but everything is dirty. Everything is sticky. There's nowhere you really want to sit down. I made the poor choice of doing that one time and have regretted it. The other couple times I've been here I've gotten the food to go. I've given this place about three to four chances and every time my order is wrong, The food is cold and stuff just tastes off like they cooked the meat with a bit of plastic and it kind of burnt in with the rest of the food everything just tasted a little off. The employ ees look like they are constantly baked out of their mind. I don't know how this one location could be so off-key from the rest of the brand. Corporate really needs to come in here and clean house soup to nuts and get this in line with the rest of its standards.

Never had to wait 40 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready. When I finally get my food, I ask about my drink, and I get told that I need to go inside to get my drink. Even though that has never been the case. After all that time being there It is obvious that management is the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this Chipotle.

When tried to give a complain about one of the stuff member Nakia who asking us to go to other restaurant, we called manager Savaina while talking to manager this guy came in middle of the conversation and talking like a street man. Chipotle head office take nessary action against him and nakia. Even manage is like we are sorry and we cant cartroll this guys. Very abusive staff shame on them.

I placed an order online at 8:13 and the app said it would be ready at 8:20. I get to the store about then and continue to wait in the drive thru line for my online pickup for an hour. I did not receive my food until 9:17. Meanwhile the customers inside are still being served. 0/5 stars if I could.

This store doesn't give the right servings they give you a half spoon of chicken and make you pay extra. Also I waited for my food to be finished because an employee with pink highlights was getting off and had to fix her food. She also dropped some of her toppings in my burrito and I said something so she took her gloved finger and said ohh it's just and removed what fell. On top of all that they sold me chips and salsa after I pay the guy tells me I have to wait ten minutes cause he didn't know they we're out. I will be finding the next nearest to go to this store is a joke ?
This Chipotle is hands down the best Chipotle I've been to. The staff were all working together. The service was great. It was clean in the restaurant and the food quality was perfect. They even have a recycling bin instead of just trash cans! 10/10 recommend.

The staff here ignore you when your sitting at the mobile order pick up window. Very rude staff at this location. Tell them thank you and you you get no response. No wonder this location only has a 2.5 star rating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered 2 burritos on doordash. Not only were both burritos made awfully, missing ingredients, or had so little, one burrito had a literal tablespoon of rice in it while the other was full of almost nothing but rice. But when we decided to go ahead and eat burritos, I bit down and pulled a piece of FINGERNAIL out of my mouth. Mind you, I don't bite my damn nails. This is by far disgusting, and I would assume something was prepared along the line without gloves. I will no longer be ordering from this location from here on out. I will be moving forward by contacting the health department.
