These guys do a really great job! I've been coming here which is farther away from my house than the one on 40 highway. I've had some issues with the 40 highway location..
Spicy Chicken was (enjoyably) really spicy, and the Corn was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed this purchase.

Went here on 12.6.24 and everything was terrible. Rushed at drive through to even order just for Mac and cheese to be cold. Fries were barely even cooked. Chicken tenders weren’t even golden brown. Very disappointing. Would give a zero.

Do not eat this food. I went to this place and ordered a two-piece meal they gave me the wrong food I ordered through the drive-thru so I had to go back to the place because they gave me the wrong food. No problem things like this happen all the time no big deal when I explained to the cashier that I was given the wrong food. She asked me politely what was my order supposed to be. I told the young lady what it was supposed to be. What happened next is what got me. Now most of the time when you go to a restaurant and they mess up on your order they either a. take the food back and trash it or b. Tell you to keep it and remake your order.
Well this young lady took the food back over the counter took the food out of the bag and placed it with the rest of the of the chicken that was being sold. Once I seen the young lady do that I no longer want a Church's Chicken at all this was wrong on so many levels first off this was cross-contamination I just couldn't believe my eyes stop eating Church's Chicken y'all

Customer service was good. They had me wait 5-7 minutes for my food. Not quite sure what I was waiting for, because my food wasn't fresh or extremely hot. I must say that this was the most strangest tasting church's chicken I have ever tasted. The chicken strips were very light and the food had this weird aftertaste that can't explain. The biscuit bbq sauce and ketchup made it a little better. This will be my first and last time visiting this location.
2024.09.12 I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips meal and it was cold. Unreal. Avoid this place at all costs.

Felt rushed as soon as I pulled up to order. Did the $22 10 piece with 2 large sides. All the sides were not filled all the way. More like between 3/4s & or halfway. Gravy from mashed potatoes was not the same as the large gravy side I got. Was watered down/deluted & again only half way. Definitely did not get my money's worth. & there's always someone next to the window asking for food or money. This location is definitely neglected. Although the person handling food was nice to me the rest of the staff was not happy to be there.

I only gave it three stars because yeah the food is pretty good I've never had a problem with my order with my problem is with this location is they let the homeless hang out in front of the place especially by the drive-thru window and hustle you for money
