I stood at counter while several people walked around counter but didn't take order for at least 5 minutes!

I had ordered spicy and got regular chicken! We drove from Butler to get Church's specifically so when you spend $40, You kinda expect things to be right!
The restaurant over in Olathe does a much better job! I'd like management to contact me for a refund! Or replace order... White meat is pricy!

I'm loving it. " Oh no, not McDonald's I just stole the saying! Church Chicken is my favorite chicken spot with the Greatest tasting chicken and prices around in KC.

They have good chicken, most of their business appears to be drive through. The store is located close to fairly busy intersection so getting in or out can be a little tricky depending on traffic. My wife is partial to chicken in general but she seems to prefer Churches. So when we are in that area we stop by.
