Ordered on the mobile app for an “ice cream for breakfast” type of thing for pickup around 12:08pm. They supposedly open at 11am yet when we walked in the lady was serving nothing but attitude. She didn’t have any of the ice cream out and ready to go. She told us we were gonna wait quite a while until she gets the order ready & I guess she meant it because here we are, still waiting. The older woman was completely unprofessional and rude. Probably won’t be back to this location. It’s TERRIBLE!

Single employee in, took 45 minutes and we didn’t even finish our order. Made wrong signature. Used one spoons for all toppings causing cross contamination of allergens. And employee didn’t know where anything was and stopped to text in the middle of our order and did not replace gloves. I’m not sure this lives up to the Coldstone name unfortunately.

This place is bonkers. Placed an order and paid for small rectangle cake, and when my brother went to pick it up they didn't have it. It was supposed to be ready at 1130am, at no point before he got there at 3pm were we told about. No they didn't give him a price adjustment and when I called after the birthday party they said call back tomorrow to talk a manager. Like what? Also the cake wasn't even close to looking like the picture on the website. It looked like a 5 year old tried to recreate the cake from the picture. 0 out of 10 recommend.

Such a unique concept and they execute it flawlessly. Every visit feels like a celebration.
