Everytime I come to the store at 8:30-8:50 pm they are closed. People are inside but they keep the doors locked even though they technically close at 9.

Excellent ice cream creations. Terrible service. Usually 2-3 teens on duty, but only one is ever working. Manager never available. Bad service and long customer lines ruins the atmosphere.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a dessert for some friends and myself and it was $40. I went to serve it and it was not edible due to freezer burn and we all had to throw our pieces away. When I contacted the store they said they would not be able to refund my money or provide a replacement since it had pieces missing. It was the worst ice cream cake I've ever had and had to throw the rest of the cake away. I would not recommend this place at all and will not be going back.

The ice cream was great, one of the workers not so much. When we got there it seemed like one of the employees was new and in training and the other was training him. As the trainee was preparing our order the other comes over to him and proceeds to harass him about going faster because a DoorDash guy just walked in and was now waiting to pickup his DoorDash when all that she was doing was standing there watching him make our order.

Teenage employees did not want to help. Took as long as possible to get order. Charged us for the wrong size. One of the ice creams was not mixed and tasted like whatever fruity ice cream the prior person had was mixed into mine too.

I ordered a birthday cake 5 days in advance. On the day it was supposed to be picked up, not only was the cake not ready, they didn't offer any resolution to the problem. I picked the cake up the next day and it looked horrible. The cake was late, poor quality, and not even a discount was allowed.
Went here on September 1st. I was very disappointed. I came an hour before close and was just going to make it quick. there was a bit of a line but i didn't mind.I waited over 30 minutes..There were three people behind the counter and at one point, two left and I never saw them come back.I left without getting anything. Took too long and they were fooling around. Have fun at work but please helo your customers first. First negative experience at Cold stone.

Boxes and clutter behind the counter. Inventory lacking as far as chocolate goes. Staff had no idea how to even fold the chocolate box. Overhead radio so loud could not hear the server talking.

My kids and parents were happy with their orders, but hubby and I ordered on the app to avoid the line. We tried to ask ten minutes in if they were working on our order, but could not get a clear answer. At 20 minutes in, we asked again, and they had not even taken the order off the printer. As they started prepping, they told me the special I had ordered on the app is no longer available. So I told them what was in it, and they had to make it as a "create your own" order. We finally received our order at :31 minutes after ordering.

if i could leave 1 star for my recent visit i would. The girls on saturday night were extreme unprofessional. My friend asked for her ice cream side by side and the girl proceeded to roll her eyes at my friend. the girl who took my order didn’t even ask me what size i wanted and she took about 5 minutes to make my ice cream while another girl got mine and my friends order done before she was done. they had no pep in their step at all. one girl just kept staring at the line while she just stood there for a few minutes and then would help the customers. let’s talk about those apples too. there was gnats on the apples. i even have a photo to show it. i was very disappointed in my visit
