Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Kansas City

Front staff and hostess was great. Food is always great. Usually service is good but poor this visit. We had a party of 8 so decent bill and I always tip well. Table side services was poor. Missed orders, had to ask for drink reorders multiple times and I had to direct our waiter multiple times. Essentially forgot we were there. I was hoping for the same service we usually get, I was disappointed

As club members we've normally had really pleasant experiences. Our Birthday dinners last night wasn't the best. Food was excellent. Our server must be newer and wasn't up to speed on giving us our reward credits. The manager stepped In and Made it right. We had to wait 45 minutes to do wine tasting. Suggest a time limit to eliminate others talking a longer than normal time just socializing. Maybe a members only section as well.

Food and atmosphere was amazing. The only issue was the length of time to receive the food.

Food was good and not over priced. Service was excellent! Thank you Tyler for making it a memorable night.

The food was delicious! I had the Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops (with jam on the side) and my husband had the Filet Mignon. Both meats were very tender and tasty. We're members of the wine club so we were able to have a bottle of sparkling wine with our meal. It was a nice treat. Only downside was a very obnoxious loud man close by.

I am a vegetarian and there were very tasty choices for me and the service by Tyler D was exceptional.

Great ambience and waitress service. The issues we had was with the food. We had an Italian dish that tasted like it had ketchup as the sauce, a steak that did not look grilled/charred appropriately, draft beer that had some black material floating in it, and food that was not hot upon arrival. The manager did come and speak to us and did take care of the dish that we complained about and offered me a replacement meal. Was very disappointed in this location since my experience with the location in Arizona was much different.

Andrew, our server was GREAT! We had a party of 8, and he took great care of us. The food was delicious, and everything came out promptly.

Elevated dining experience. Good ambiance. Great service. Customized my order the way I wanted. Great date night spot.

Food was all fantastic and reasonably priced! Our server KJ was the best with great suggestions on the menu! Can't wait to go back!!

We've dined here multiple times but today found the food very average at best. The seafood bisque was very underwhelming. Our server provided very good service and was very courteous. There was a very large party seated in our section for a birthday party and were very loud. Definitely took away from the overall experience as well.

We love Cooper's Hawk and we wanted to bring our family to enjoy Easter Brunch. It started out great! I think our server got busy and overwhelmed, then forgot to put our order into the kitchen. We ended up waiting 1 hour for our food to be delivered. I know kitchen get backed up and it isn't the servers fault. But tables that came after us were receiving their food....like large tables. It is a bummer because we really enjoy Cooper's Hawk.

We waited over an hour between our appetizer and our entree. Our waitress disappeared during this entire time and we only knew they were working on our food because the manager popped by after 40 mins. One entree was ice cold. One was badly under cooked. Received one drink refill the entire 2 hours we were there and only because we asked when our check was delivered.
