The service was OK. Everything seemed to take a very long time, and we did not see much of our waitress. I'd hate to think what this place would be like when it's actually busy.
The food tasted excellent, but it felt like they were cutting corners on portion sizes. I got the prime rib sandwich, and it was about the size of two dinner rolls put next to each other. There was a little cup of aujus filled up maybe 1/4 of the way and a tiny thing of horseradish sauce. At this price point, I don't expect them to be cheap about the little things. The pb cup cookie was very good, but could have used about 20% more ice cream to ensure that there was enough ice cream to match the size of the cookie. I'm willing to give them another try, maybe this was just an off day for them.

Went here for lunch, was offered to sit in the bar area as opposed to being seated upstairs because they weren't that busy.
there was only one other couple sitting in that area.
we sat down and waited 15 minutes before someone came over and offered to get a drinks. she came back 5 minutes later took our orders.
our drinks came before we asked and we didn't see our server for again our drinks were empty and she never brought us bread.
We ended up asking another server to bring us some bread and refill our drinks. I think our original server didn't show back up until she brought us her check.
what should have been a 30-45-minute lunch turned into over an hour.

The atmosphere at Coopers Hawk was great. However, I ordered the BBQ ranch chicken salad and it was certainly questionable. The chicken appeared to be not fully cooked and very unappetizing. Fortunately, we ordered the meatballs and they were pretty good! Overall, I highly recommend asking what chicken you prefer before ordering this salad.

Went for lunch and we were not disappointed! I had the chopped wedge salad and flatbread combo, which was delicious! My friend ordered the BBQ salad and loved every bite. The portions were very generous. Our server was friendly, explained the menu, and gave us recommendations. Next time I'm in KC, I'll definitely stop in!

Analiza was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive without hovering, knew the menu and wine pairings inside and out, and made the entire experience feel effortless. Our food and drinks were perfectly timed, and she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great night. One of the best service experiences we’ve had at Cooper’s Hawk—ask for Analiza if you’re dining here.
